As a Chinese person, this was my first time being a minority customer in a Chinese restaurant in Long Island, New York. That night, we were only Chinese customers, yet the food was very authentic. The salt and pepper pork chops were delicious. The beef chow fun was a bit crumbly, but the flavor was quite good. Portions are generous. I heard this restaurant has been in business for over 20 years and is still going strong. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

First time here. Nice experience. Went with a large group of friends and tried many dishes. The food is good, it’s hard to pick a favorite but would recommend the lamb chops and string beans with minced pork.

I could simply just post the best Chinese food on Long Island and that would be enough. But their dim sum is amazing and now that you can get it 7 days a week all of their food comes out so nice and so fresh and so well made. Their meals are not swimming and sticky sauce. It’s a nice light sauce coating on most of your meals. Everything is fresh. My wife and I love this place. One night we came in about 5 minutes before they closed because we thought they close at 10:00 but they closed at 9:00 and the owner called all of the cooks back because I had family and from out of town and they took care of our group so graciously. This will always be my favorite Chinese food restaurant and I happen to work in flushing, Queens which has many, many Chinese restaurants and I would put this up with the best of the best

I flew to New York for a quick weekend and spend time with family. My sister asked me what I was creating for, and I said Asian food. I was impressed with this restaurant, the service is impeccable, the food was excellent , and I can’t wait to go back again! This is real Cantonese food! It felt cozy and I can tell many people enjoy this place.

One of the few spots on LI that serves real dim sum as well as traditional Cantonese food.
We went the other day to celebrate the Lunar New Year and were very fortunate to get a seat just as they opened (restaurant is always busy and often has a wait especially on the weekends for dim sum).
They have a busy takeout service.
Fast and attentive service from the staff including those with dim sum carts who try to stop at each table and make sure to let you know what’s available.
Salt and pepper calamari is just absolutely delicious – perfect balance of flavors and was served hot.
If you’re in the Bethpage area and want good dim sum you should check out The Orient.

I used to visit this spot weekly for their lunch special: General Tso’s chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll. Lately, I’ve been saving money by bringing my own lunch to work, but this place is just down the block from my job, so I treat myself on Fridays because it’s that good. The food tastes incredibly fresh, and you can tell they put care into preparing each dish. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. My coworkers and I still make it a regular stop. Highly recommend!

Ordered takeout from here. Best Orange Chicken we’ve ever had. Old school delicious pork fried rice. 100% will be regular customers.

We’ve been visiting this place a couple of times now, and so far their consistent with their food and services. We love dimsums. We came brunch, and they served freshly cooked dimsum. We love their chicken feet, siomai, cheung fun, shrimp cheung fun, taosi spareribs, bean curd roll, custard egg tart, and pork congee. The price is competitive, and the people are very nice. We will surely come back for more dimsum. If you are a Chinese dimsum lover and around the neighborhood, I recommend you try it. The only thing I gave 4 star for atmosphere is because the place has a very tight space. We came and their almost jam. Since we came to eat, we don’t bother.

Had steamed dumplings 2 weeks ago. They were fantastic! Light, delicate wrap with a soft and savory filling. A week later… awful thick doughy wrap with a tasteless filling of a really poor quality pork grind.
Verdict: Inconsistant at best.
