This McDonald’s in particular I love to order from. Family of 6 and they pretty much get my order right every time. They are super understanding and I appreciate the staff there! It was busy on a Saturday for dinner during 5:30. I waited about 10 minutes for my food to come out but when it did he said thank you for your patience and I told him it was a large order and I understand you guys are busy. Food was hot and everything was correct.

Ever since the remodel, we’ve been disappointed. Curb pickup food would take upwards of 15 minutes, and the vibe inside the restaurant is extremely sterile. It use to have a positive feel, with staff talking with patrons, but now you can’t even get utensils or drinks on your own. And staff are almost invisible since the one register is rarely staffed, and there is no visibility to the serving area. Very robotic feel, and the cherry on top was seeing a “free” gift wheel only available to those who gave perfect corporate surveys. DO NOT reward slanted surveys.

I have no idea what has happened here in the last few weeks. There used to be two regulars in the evening. The food was good, service was fast, and place was fairly clean. Now, you have 4-5 people working and service is slow and the food is rarely hot. How is the service slow and food cold?!??! I could see if my food was hot and service slow. Also, (off topic) if you have a kid(s)…pick up after your kid. I wish more places would start booting people who allow their kids to leave a mess and never clean it up. It is disgusting…

I was in the drive thru and it was slow, like people are lazy and called in sick. The MC flurry was short and not even blended. And they never put a fish sandwich in as well. The girl in the drive thru was amazing and pleasant. Hard working. Then I drove home and seen my order was messed up. Called MC Donald’s and to my surprise she answered the phone and helped me as well. Her name was Angie H and she deserves a raise. Sets the tone on what all employees should be like. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. It was a pleasure.

The service was good, nothing above average.. the store (bathroom included) was very clean and has a bonus of outside seating, something that’s not to common for McDonalds’ up north. This fast food restaurant in particular had an original McDonald’s design with a lot of space for people to enjoy a happy meal. The workers however were not in uniform and told me that no one really cares enough to put it on.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese a week ago and have not had one in a long time. It was one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had in my life. The bottom part of the bun was like shoe leather. The hamburger was dried out and tasteless. I’m going to go through the drive-thru you’re getting somebody’s house’s order not correct. Everything goes wrong. The Hales Corners McDonald’s is not the restaurant that you’re going to. This hamburger should have been one of the best because I was right at the change from breakfast to lunch menu.

I went to get some food after work, I asked for the $8 nuggets deal. You should advise something as a deal when it’s the regular price. Next I paid and then waited 15 min in the drive through when it’s completely dead and the person in front of me was having issues. I finally got my food 15 min later went home not even 5 min away and my food is cold. I’m very disappointed….I always have a good experience during the day.

The lady in the drive through window was rude (I normally don’t complain but I don’t think anyone would want to deal with her attitude) and should not be in customer service. The guy double checked that we ordered a hot fudge sundae then gave us a Carmel sundae. And all of our food was cold when they handed it to us (great for a sundae but not fries or nuggets).

sat in drive thru for a solid 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order. wasnt anything crazy just a sandwich and two burritos. worker didnt even say anything about the wait just shoved us the bag.
