Susana, Mateo, the Executive Chef, Behshad all provide exceptional and professional service in a fine dining atmosphere. The food here is outstanding. If you have breakfast which is served until 11am daily; you will love their idea of hasnrowns which I absolutely love, crispy outside, soft creamy insides. I have never been to a restaurant where you can see the executive Chef and the Pastry chef creating a new dessert for their diners and allowing you to taste it and provide honest feedback to them. Nor do you see them cutting the in-house aged steaks at other restaurants like they do here. We have done a lot of travelling all over the place and we have to say that this is one of our most favourite restaurants to dine at. I want to thank all of the staff at CPrime for exceptional service and making us feel at home.

Had the $65 Dine-Out menu and it was delicious, so yummy! Every dish was crafted with care, very intentionally, I loved everything we had: butternut squash risotto, the ribs, wagyu beef carpaccio and both the chocolate marquis and the olive oil cake. Delicious!

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day, and as people who regularly dine at high-end, our standards are pretty high. That said, this was hands down the most incredible steak we have ever had.
Both of our steaks were cooked to an absolute perfect medium rare. The brandy peppercorn sauce was exceptional, and every side dish was seasoned flawlessly. You can truly taste the care and attention in the kitchen.
What made the evening even more memorable, though, was the service. Our server, Alex, was phenomena – knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful with his recommendations. When our mains were slightly delayed, he graciously offered a complimentary round of drinks without us even having to mention anything. That level of professionalism and hospitality is rare.
There was also another gentleman (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name!) who checked on us frequently and went above and beyond, even offering incredibly helpful information unrelated to the restaurant. It felt like genuine care, not just service.
This was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish, and we will absolutely be back for future special occasions. Highly, highly recommend.

This experience really wow’d us! From the service coming into the restaurant to the meals themselves, everything was outstanding. Cameron did an amazing job serving the bar and tables and was so accommodating. The food was fantastic – we started with the bone marrow tartar and beef carpaccio and went onto mains – lamb, lobster and a burger. Delicious and flavourful. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in or out of the Century Plaza Hotel.

What an unexpected gem of a place! Service was genuine and impeccable with recommendations and lots of smiles. One of the best dirty martinis I’ve had in some time. Lots of options for high-level cuts of beef, but what really can’t be missed is the dessert (which I often skip). The pastry chef there is unbelievable and if you don’t try the tiramisu, you don’t know what you’re missing. Great alternative to what’s becoming the same old thing in high end downtown Vancouver steak restaurants.

Went for a date night diner, we were not impressed. Our waitress was great, unfortunately the manager kept trying to take over. He wouldnt listen to a word I said, very over powering. I asked for a specific wine, he said no, you can’t go by the website. He brought over the wine list and I pointed to the exact one I asked for, which they did have. I inquired about a butchers platter with 3 cuts of meat for $165, he cut me off and said no it’s 2 cuts of meat and $195, then took our menus. He was annoyed that we didn’t want to order our main until after we had our wine and olives. We were in no rush. We decided to order separate cuts of steak. My ribeye was very very thin and over cooked (rare). The strip loin was decent. There are no sides with your meal. The mashed potatoes are puréed to a cream consistency. I would definitely not recommend this place. Better quality meat and price at the keg.

Spontaneously chose this restaurant for dine out even tho I’ve never heard of it. Pleasantly surprised! The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Service was great as well
