Viking Pizza Co.—A Pretty Good Pie for Spring Hill, TN

The Viking pie was surprisingly quite tasty. I’d say though the cheese was average, not as bad as some nor as good as others.

First time trying it and was very good. We got 2 pies. One with pepperoni and Italian sausage the other one with chicken and green olives and pesto. The crust was cooked too perfection. Sauce was good. The toppings were fresh.

The owner Brandon and all of his staff are amazing people. It’s definitely a major family unit there and everyone is welcome. …I love that

They just got in a new pinball machine, Venom by Stern, to go with their others. Game is fast and fun! Worth it even if you are not into pinball.

This is a great spot to go and just hang out have a couple drinks and they’re gluten-free pizza is next to nothing. The ingredients are fresh and it might be a dollar or two more than a chain, but it’s worth it. This is not pre-produced frozen dough and garbage sauce. This is amazing stuff you owe it to yourself to give them a try, even if you’re driving from far away

Viking pizza continues to be a good to for our family when we want pizza. Their service is always top notch, and they accommodate special requests with ease. Today our order of 4 pizzas only took about 15 minutes to be ready, so by the time we arrived to pick them up, we just had to pay and be on our way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always will to give suggestions.

Why the 4 stars then? A time or two, like today, our pizza does get a bit burnt. Nothing wild or inedible but still not the best tasting. I understand it can sometimes happen with woos fire pizza so not a huge concern. The shield maiden pizza (pictured) was still delicious and still one of my favorite combos.

All in all, if you want delicious pizza in the Spring Hill area, ypu will not be disappointed with Viking Pizza.

I seriously love a good wood fired pizza, I ordered a gluten free cauliflower crust Dragons Fire and it was delicious (spicy but not too spicy). I also really enjoy sitting out on the patio to enjoy my food. To those complaining of the price I feel like high quality ingredients just cost more. It wasn’t unreasonable. Ordering was quick and easy, we received our food in a reasonable amount of time.

Fantastic neighborhood pizza joint. Wood-fire pizza at it’s finest, with a perfect chewy thin crust. Vegan options also available, including non-dairy cheese.
The place is huge with outdoor seating options and yet still is consistently packed on the weekends and weeknights around dinnertime, (just a heads up) but at least you know that means the food is good!

Remember when pizza places were fun? Viking Pizza Company does! Great atmosphere and some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. The specialty pizzas are creative and delicious. There are more standard options for the less adventurous, but the Viking and the Ragnarok were killer.

Also, they have interesting beers on tap. Some unique suds I have only seen at specialty tap rooms.

A+, 10/10, will raid this pizza place again

The pizza is good, thin crust. Get the beer cheese to dip the crust in so yummy!

The restaurant however is very dirty, tables & floors. The glass entry doors filthy. Even the salt shakers…dirty. We arrived at open 11:00 am so clearly it wasn’t cleaned the night before.

Mid-week lunch was superb! At the beginning of a high protein/low carb diet, I took a chance on going out for pizza with family. The spinach salad with gyro, pork, and bacon was delicious! I didn’t miss the pizza although they’ve got the best in town.
Also their beer is fantastic and they have a new cookie stand!

This place has excellent wood fired pizza. The specialty pizzas are unique and delicious. They also have a good gluten free crust. Lots of seating and they do serve beer, although it’s not a bar, so appropriate for kids as well.

I stopped here today with my husband for lunch while we were in the area and it was fantastic. I got the Valhalla pizza and some giant cookies. The food was made fresh, and quickly at that, and tasted amazing. We were the only sit in customers so it was very peaceful but a great environment with all the decor and music. The staff all greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!
