I used to LOVE this McDonald’s but lately not so much. 2 weeks ago, I paid for 6 breakfast sandwiches ( 4 egg McMuffin with cheese and sausage) (2 egg McMuffin with egg, cheese and bacon.)
The egg with bacon wasn’t on the 2 for $6 deal so I paid $8 and change.
I only got 3 egg McMuffin with sausage and 1 egg and bacon. Total 4 while I paid for 6
Friday 09/22/2023 I paid for 60 spicy nuggets, I only received 50. It’s 10 per box and when I got home I realized I only had 5 boxes.
And now they don’t offer sauce anymore for the nuggets
Now it’s 2 weeks in a row I pay for something and didn’t get it
Why didn’t I return back to McDonald’s? I reached home and realized it and had no proof it wasn’t there.
Why didn’t I check in the restaurant?
They packed it up tightly in a bag so it appears like a lot, but it was missing items. This new staff has some issues compared to the past, one more try next week and if I keep paying for items I’m not getting I’m done

I ordered 4 happy meals
40 spicy chicken nuggets
1 medium fries
1 ice cream cone
As usual, they don’t give me all I pay for.
When I got home I realized I didn’t get my medium fries
I almost left without my ice cream cone until I pointed it out to the manager
Also, if your collecting the Pokémon cards, don’t come here, they keep giving me the same set number 7
I literally have 7 of the same set now
What happened to 1-6?

Don’t go on Saturday evenings
It’s ridiculous, wasn’t even that busy around 5:30 PM. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for my order for nuggets, I ordered 10 spicy nuggets and got 10 regular nuggets instead. How do you mess up while it’s not that busy at dinner rush time?

Guess they saw my update, this time, they ensured I got my Spicy Nuggets. I’m not a complicated person, I pay for something, I just want what I paid for, this time I got what I wanted.

What kind of incompetence works here?
The new Sonic 3 promo happy meal came out, I ordered 4, I got 4 of the same Sonic blue! 2 of the happy meal box wasn’t even the Sonic 3 promo box!
Just like with the Pokemon happy meals cards, they manage the promotion terribly!

I complained on McDonalds Facebook page and someone replied they only get 2 boxes per day. Today, I decided to take his advice and ask the employee which “color” did they have today, I wasn’t happy I got 4 Blue. ( don’t mention the characters name, they don’t know). She showed me orange (Shadow) but same Blue Happy meal boxes, no shadow again! If you want different characters, ask what they have in stock. I learned that

The service is terrible at 8:30 pm
It’s like these people can’t read. I ordered 5 of the new sauces, the guy didn’t even read the order , tried to give me without it and he was like, where does it say I order buffalo ranch sauce, I showed him
3rd time these people messed up my order
And they don’t even clean! Mud was all over their entrance, I slipped and fell on their property, you’re lucky I don’t sue. The McDonalds was almost empty, how you can’t have one employee go outside and clean?

I visited this McDonald’s late at night and had a very bad experience. They gave me the wrong order and also charged me more than the correct total. When I called the restaurant to explain the issue, the employee hung up on me instead of helping. Very disappointing customer service.

Both the person at the drive thru and manager doesnt know what the meal deal is and had to explain their own menu to them. Even after that they charged individually with duplicate pieces AND forgot nuggets which is insane because they charged double for what i intended on ordering

Don’t go here especially during monopoly! The employees took my monopoly pieces, and i didn’t notice until I got to work with my breakfast. Now corporate won’t give me my missing pieces bc im a loyal customer and also got McDonald’s for lunch near work. So disappointed- I used to go here at least once a week befor work. Will never go again now that I can’t trust your store or your company.

It seems like everytime they remodel this particular McDonald’s on River Street in Hackensack, what apparently is a good idea just turns into less than appealing one. For this latest remodel, which took place last year I believe, they expanded the kitchen, then proceeded to take out not only the playground, which in my view, was a good idea, as well as about half the tables as well, making it a decidedly more cramped venue. Maybe from breakfast to about 5 pm that might suffice, but, remembering past times here, I shudder to think about how crowded this place can get, especially for weekend supper hours. The place also appears to have a much darker look, which makes it less appealing to my eye. I also don’t appreciate the new menu board, which doesn’t depict the price of individual sandwiches, forcing me to ask for their prices, and delaying others behind me in from making their orders, because I want to know what I’m paying. This is also a cause of chagrin to the counter people as well. A little common sense, please?

Great food at a reasonable price, if they remember to give it to you. Got breakfast for 8 people in the office this morning. When I got back to the office, 2 orders were missing including my boss’s. Please please please teach your staff to expo the right way. You don’t compensate people when you screw up and they have to drive back and get what YOU forgot. Plus zero apology, sincere or otherwise. Back when I worked at McDonald’s in high school ,it was nothing like this.
