My husband pulled up at Burger King to order a double Bacon cheeseburger with extra pickle and onion, ketchup, and mustard. They did not make the burger correctly, so he went back to Burger King to take the burger back. The cashier told him she could not remake the burger, but she would hand him bacon to put on the sandwich.Where do they do that at? You don’t make the food correctly and you hand me the correct thing out the window so that I can make the food correctly. I paid you to make my food.This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.

I always go thru the drive thru but each and every time I am thoroughly impressed. The staff has always been quick. I’ve always been offered condiments always had napkins in my bag and each time although I’m expecting it to be great service. I’m still impressed. I love going to this establishment. It is the best fast food establishment service I have ever been to repeatedly and I would just like to congratulate whoever manages that place because they’re doing a wonderful job and I know nobody that works there. I’m not related to anybody that works there. I am just a really impressed. Customer who think you all deserve. I’ve had in the back and I’m speaking on this because I’ve been there about 7 or 8 times and each time I was impressed

As someone who works in the food industry I didn’t even want to leave a review because I know how that can affect the business and/ or it’s employees involved. But honestly, this is just ridiculous. A week ago I arrived around 35 minutes before close and no one ever answered the drive-through. So I wait for about 10 minutes( Three cars were waiting behind me) eventually I pulled off and as I drove by the 2nd window there were two girls who ducked as I drove by and were laughing. On Sunday, I got there around 10:50 pm And again, no one answered the drive-through. So after waiting around 10 minutes again, I pull up to the second window to see a man and a girl just talking. After a solid minute the girl comes to the window. I asked them were they still open and they were silent for a second then said yes. I asked if I could order and then the man asked me if I could “get back in line to order because there would only be 2 cars ahead of me”. I pulled off and went somewhere else. I sat in line over 10 minutes and they couldn’t just take my order after I had to go to the window to even be addressed? They need to update their closing time or something because this happens too often. Though i do feel like it is the employees who are choosing to close early. Like I said, I work in the food industry so I know how this works. What is frustrating me is the fact that even though they shouldn’t be closing early, they can’t even bother to just say they are closed through the speaker. That way, we will know not to sit in line waiting for food that we will not get. Will not be returning.

This place is very clean the service that work here know how to service their customers in a great way I had to wait while they remade a burger for someone who was being very difficult. They had to be very well and managed to hide the frustration as well 10 out of 10 very clean.

The service very poor. Ordered an original chicken sandwich. The young lady decided to place a big Fish Sandwich. Order a wrap and it was Horrible. That will be the last visit for me. This place can’t hire Quality Help. They will throw anything together. Should be closed down.
