Remy 1/2 shot $20. Fish raw in the middle. Some of the drinks were weak and had to buy. $20 1/2 shots to make drink better. Chocolate cake was good.house salad looks like someone ate half of it in the kitchen. Some of the games (Typhoon, etc) weren’t working.

I booked a private party for my son’s birthday and was truly happy with the entire experience. We had a small hiccup with the room not being available on time (just a few minutes behind from a previous party) but were quickly accommodated by the manager on duty. 10/10 would recommend for private events! The event coordinator was very responsive when I had questions, our host was fantastic, the room was very spacious, and our guest had fun. I will definitely consider booking again in the future!

Not only will i NEVER be returning, nobody should ever give this place business ! The service was DESPICABLE… waited 20 minutes to be seated, another 30-45 minutes for somebody to take our order … who kept doing multiple things besides actually taking our order.. then when we started ordering nothing was available… they then took another 36 years to bring out the food & the order was barely right. We reached around 11pm & the place is basically closing before we were able to eat and or play games! I’m disgusted & then the servers was just sitting around laughing like they ain’t have a job to do. PLEASE NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Oh & to add the plates looked like they just digged in the back and put “fresh” food on it .

5 Stars – A Fantastic Experience!
I had such an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! The games were an absolute blast – so much fun and variety to choose from. Afterward, we headed to the restaurant, and it was just as enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and the waitresses were incredibly sweet and attentive. Even though it was getting close to closing time, they made sure we got our drinks and still took great care of us.
We also ordered the cake fries – and wow, they were absolutely delicious! A must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. The cocktails were another highlight for me – refreshing, flavorful, and really well-made.
I would definitely come back again. This place is the perfect combination of fun, food, and great service!

Took them a hour to seat us but it was 8 of us altogether. They had a nice variety of games and prizes and I won a lot of the prizes. When we got seated our waiter was prompt and cheerful. The food came out quick and everything was on point.

I visited your location on Saturday, February 7, for dinner and games. This was my first time visiting this location.
I would like to start by highlighting how incredibly attentive Josh, our waiter, was throughout the evening. He was kind, caring, and on top of his service despite what appeared to be a shortage of waitstaff. Josh truly provided excellent customer service and made our dining experience enjoyable.
On the other hand, our interaction with the hostess working that evening was disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I believe it started with a “J.” She appeared unprofessional and disengaged. I had to initiate the greeting and provide my reservation name while she stood sipping a drink and staring at us. She then pointed toward our reserved table rather than walking us there, which I believe is a basic responsibility of a hostess. Overall, she gave the impression that she did not want to be there. If providing excellent customer service is a priority, I would recommend reconsidering staffing choices, particularly for front-of-house roles.
Additionally, several of the game machines were broken, which impacted our overall experience.

It’s great that they’ve opened a location here! It’s convenient for most people in the community. This place is always bustling with families, whether they’re celebrating birthdays or just enjoying a day out. I appreciate the eat-and-play deals; it’s a great way to save money. However, the service can be slow due to the high volume of customers, and the heating isn’t very effective during the colder months.

Emmy the bartender (the blond hair, out of the box color), must have an issue with delivery drivers. Rude, went out of her way to ignore me and belittle people. The food was ready and just picking up the order to deliver. As someone who if I see you being awful to delivery drivers who are being respectful, I don’t tip and I hope others do not tip. I’m sorry you have to help delivery drivers to pick up food, especially when it was ready already, could have taken two seconds, maybe she shouldn’t be behind the bar, because honestly, not okay. Have the night you give off to others.
