Great customer service! The ladies who worked here in Saturday June 28 were so much fun- pure girlhood! Great vibes and energy. Super nice. They have a drive-through, but I walked inside so I can use the restrooms. I got a drink, a bagel with cream cheese and a brownie. Easy parking .

Having recently left a cult that prohibited caffeine, I am unfamiliar with Starbucks and how to order. In my last visit(12/22/2025), a barista named Tiffany was extremely rude as she showed impatience during my drive through order to the point that she had someone else take over . I do want to add that my order wasn’t that difficult, I simply asked for “dairy free with no whip cream” as well as mentioning “smallest size.” Like I mentioned, I am not familiar with their sizes and how to order and I was very kind and showed no signs of noticing her unprofessionalism. However, I was very aware and felt extremely uncomfortable. The male worker who took over tried rushing me, ending the order twice before I was done and once I reached the window, they laughed and kept looking at me through the window. Horrific experience!

My recent visit to Moreno Valley’s Starbucks had its highs and lows. The tea and matcha options were highlights, providing the comforting flavors I expect from Starbucks. However, the pies were somewhat mediocre and could use improvement.
One significant downside was the long lines for the bathroom, worsened by one restroom being out of order. This inconvenience, especially during busy hours, impacted the overall experience. The staff handled the situation well, but addressing bathroom issues could enhance customer satisfaction.

Normally service & Free WIFI (Updated) Starbucks had to decided to ordered to rebuilding next dirt landscape arena where it was a bigger spaces including a more rooms and drive thru available from their old place was too small, bored and no drive thru that’s why they needed a improvement and much better than a old place and it’s had to a year started from winter of 2020s until completed in Spring of 2021s and before reopening to runs a new business on June of 2021s, They was moved to next door from old place, it’s still the same of Starbucks addressed is already now. It’s a bigger place and more customers use a tables and easy line-up to ordering it.

there was a women in this starbucks day Saturday November 23/24 at 3:10pm I ordered Strawberry crème frappe mocha with caramel drizzle and caramel crunch, as well as I ordered a white chocolate frappe mocha with caramel crunch. but they gave me the wrong drink two times.

This location was very busy especially the drive thru. Fortunately I made the right choice and ordered inside. The staff was speedy and kind. My drink came out just right, I would recommend stopping by this location for great service with a smile.
