It was ridiculously expensive for the portions to be this small and for the employees to give so little of each food item. I understand if you’re running low, but I would rather you cancel my order if you don’t have enough ingredients. These pictures are of the bowls FRESHLY opened. I had to add stuff to it and eat a supplemental meal as well because there was so little in these bowls me and my bf got.

Thank you, chipotle by the Clackamas town Center mall for making my food tonight, ‘Nate Wen Clement’ So delicious. I’m a small women a size 4, but I got embarrassed that I ordered four tacos so I named one of them Bob. You all probably thought that Bob was a child or one. Adult only getting one taco, and you made the most delicious Single taco! I felt like so appreciated and if there was a bob, he would’ve been also so appreciative for that taco. Thank you for Your consistent good Services! So, everyone of you adults, that work there the last 8 years have all been so friendly and kind, always a different friendly face to see and help us get our delicious food. Ty ty! I know it is hard to make food for humans to eat and keep going on about their day but you truly are building a culture inside of yourself of service and care in the basic human needs of others you are truly irreplaceable:) happy new year from Nate and Wen 😉 my other tacos are just like ‘bobs’ perfectly balanced.

This particular Chipotle has never failed me. All the others I have been to have minimal veggies and scraping the bottom. I literally told my friend, this spot is still the best and it is also the first one I had ever been to! Thank you for upholding your quality and service!

This was a good location in the past, but this bowl was inexcusable. Chipotle can be known for their large portion sizes, but not only was this not large, it didn’t even come within a mile of the standard of the company. Actually look at what I got. Why does the amount of rice not even cover the floor of the bowl? There is supposed to be a layer of rice, several kernels deep but no, not even enough rice to feed a hamster with body dysmorphia. Not enough of anything at all. I asked the worker upfront if that was the correct serving size and she responded that it was and if I wanted more, I could order double of the items but would be charged for it. For how expensive this is, this is unacceptable and inexcusable. Boooo

The one thing that Chipotle has always done well is their packaging. The new container for the quesadillas is great. I got my food through a delivery app because I’m currently in quarantine, so unfortunately it was much more expensive. I really enjoyed it overall. My only big complaint is the quality of the steak. You pay extra for this steak that is unfortunately poor quality and quite gristly. Overall though, still enjoy it, just a bit overprice. I’d like more quality control for the meat.

Came in with my friends and the workers were being highly unprofessional, music was way too loud and they were goofing around to the point I felt uncomfortable to order food. Would not recommend this chipotle if you are having a craving. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wish they wouldn’t clean and block off the dining area so early, they sometimes completely block all dining-in after a certain time and force all orders to be to-go. That being said, I have to drive 20 minutes to this location because all the other Portland locations don’t know how to make the food or screw up portions so bad it’s inedible. This location does a great job of preparing and serving the food, as long as you’re okay with unexpectedly eating somewhere else. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but closing down the tables and chairs so early is lazy and inexcusable

I came in today to grab the new carne Asada burrito bowl. I was rushed the whole process, The lady making the bowl was super sweet and friendly, the lady at the cash register was not friendly never smiled was very stand offish and rude told me the price and then just slide my bag to me and said nothing more. 11/13/25 at 2:55pm my host was Emily and I’m hoping that was the sweet girl dishing up the food.

This was my first time dining at Chipotle. The food was overpriced and bland. The only thing that gave it any flavor was the guacamole, which was an additional $2.50. The view from the second floor was probably the only redeeming quality of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the floors were not maintained, and we had to wipe and clean them ourselves.

Absolute garbage. I bought a bowl and burritos. The bowl was maybe 1/2 full and the burrito was half the size. It was insanely ridiculous. The fact they allowed this is disappointing. Tried calling to complain and straight to AI. I’m am shocked. If you go in the store, they will give you a normal portion size, whenever you do a delivery order it’s always half the size. This is absolutely criminal. This is stealing from customers.
