Honestly, our ice cream seemed to be served upside down, right? Hahahah. It looks like the smaller side with the circle on top is perfect for the Curly Q twist at the top of a soft serve ice cream.

I order this cake two days in advance because it was supposed to be specially made. It was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake. When I ordered it it seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and when I went to pick it up I waited at the counter about 5 minutes because no one was up at the front, I understand it was not busy but it shouldn’t have taken that long.

This location has always been a bit slow, but it seems to be getting worse. This review is no reflection on the employees, you can tell they are trying their best, but they are understaffed. Today, there were two people working, the time was 1:00 pm, a time when people are out an about on a Saturday, and it’s Valentine’s Day, so it’s anticipated to be busy.

Additionally, Dairy Queen has hit up email boxes to urge customers to come in for their new specials and Valentine treats which means, higher customer volume.

We sat for 15 minutes before even getting to the speaker to order, and because of the wait several cars behind us backed up to leave. We didn’t have anywhere to be, so we stayed.
Once we were able to order, the young man who took our order, I could tell he was new, and was struggling a bit in finding the keys for the items we ordered on his register, but he was polite, and apologized for his delay in not being familiar with where to select the items.

After we ordered, there were two vehicles in front of us, and after another 10 minutes with no movement, 2 cars, again, behind us, backed up and left. It was so bad, that the truck in front of us once they got to the window they paid, but left before taking their order due to the long wait.
The young man at the window, apologized for the wait, asked if we saw the direction the truck went, and we let him know they left the lot. We could see the frustration in face, having the items prepared for the truck that drove off. After 30 minutes, we had our items.

Whoever is managing this place is doing a disservice to their staff and their customers. The people working here, I have to imagine, deal with frustrated people all the time because their leadership is not setting them up for success.

Kudos to the people we interacted with today, good job staying calm and professional under stressful circumstances.

To management, get it together!
Hire appropriately, maybe implement a bonus structure or something similar to encourage employee attendance. Also, train better, when new items are introduced, make sure your team is familiar with the products and how to ring it up, its YOUR job to create a positive work environment!

Totally disgusting and disappointing especially when I waited so long for the food and not once did they even apologize a second time for no sauce on a 4 piece strip for $10-15… Don’t even bother going to these guys at all…

Very sad to see a young man be treated so bad. He was eager and ready to turn in an application. When a woman named Kris snatched it out of hand of employee. Her tone dismissive.

I gave the mother my information. Because you can clearly see that this was not okay. As another person came from the back to show the family away. While they were waiting in line patiently even letting others cut them to turn in this application very respectable. Hirable people. I was in there because Chris overcharged me for chicken salad, she triple charged me. And when I brought my receipt in to let her know that it was wrong, she tried to justify it. And then when I asked her to do the math, she had a huge attitude.That she had to refund me, then yells back to her kitchen.Never mind.Don’t make the salad a salad that I never order.

This store is terrible this is about my 4th time and I really wanted ice cream. There were 2 cars at the drive thru we both left because we were all ignored. I look in the window no one has headsets on and they don’t close until 10pm. These ppl need to be replaced.

Order has been messed up so many times from this location. Even had mold on a burger bun and reported it was told to send a picture to X number. Did so and they said ” oh yeah that is mold” and then I never got a refund for my burger. Another time my husband went through the drive through and they gave cold food and forgot items that were supposed to be included. This is the last time I go to this location. I have hit my limit with this place.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. I went to pick it up and it was the wrong size (I ordered the sheet cake and got a medium sized round one), the writing was hideous and they didn’t do any of the decorations that I asked for (I asked for blue stars around the happy birthday). When I pointed it out that it was wrong they said to give them 20 minutes and they would make it correctly. I told them I didn’t have time, my party was in an hour, and then I asked why it wasn’t done right the first time. I looked at the order sheet that was on the cake to see if I had made a mistake or if it didn’t print correctly, but it had printed exactly how I ordered it. When I asked for a discount for the wrong cake, they called the manager who refused and said the discount was that I was paying for the smaller cake. Which is ridiculous- because they charged full price for the sized cake they gave me. If you need a cake for a special occasion go literally anywhere else. I was beyond disappointed and upset that they had the audacity to think this was an acceptable cake to sell to a customer. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Not friendly place short staffed dirty and half functioning . No nets on head no gloves . And the manager Kris or supervisor decided to make us all uncomfortable while treatment toward 2 new applicants was aggressive dry and angry. Not sure why she would treat the family this way . Then had another employee come out and bully them in spanish . The family looked native american not hispanic. Where is management
