This location is right on the corner of 114th & West Dodge Road. It does offer free off street parking. Greeting of customers, or being polite by acknowledging customers who place and order with a simple thank you, hello or here’s your food didn’t happen on my visit to dine-in and my food was put in a bag versus putting it on a tray. After getting my drink, sitting then praying,
FOOD TEMP…warm to room temperature
FOOD PRESENTATION…. average to below average. Every employee should know to enhance the customer’s eating experience, food temperature and how your food / burger is packaged can make the meal look more appetizing, appealing and inviting. The photos attached should shed a little light on the dining area and packing of my order

I stopped by the drive thru in the morning for breakfast. The line was long and slow, apparently the computers were down at the pick up window. Not a problem, I understand that happens. Grabbed my food and drove home, where I discover a bite had been taken out of my hotcakes. I don’t care if an employee steals a fry or something from my meal, I wouldn’t even complain if I was missing a nugget or something. But come on, I can see your bite marks in food I paid for. Disappointed.

Food was overwhelmingly salty. I know it’s fast food but this was crazy. People were nice but atmosphere was bad. Signs saying no loitering in the order area made it seem like they don’t want customers. None of the accessories were available to get yourself. Things like ketchup, napkins, straws and even soda fountain for example we’re not available To just grab. Had to ask staff for everything. Play place was nice for kids during a long road trip through.

I spent 5 minutes trying to place my order three times but the old lady still couldn’t hear me at the drive-thru. So I pulled up and placed my order with a different person at the pay window he was nice. Pulled up to get my food and was told that I needed to go wait in the drive-thru parking area. And then sat in the drive-thru parking for another 6 minutes waiting for my food along with a person that was behind me in the drive-thru line. Overall the experience was mediocre at best. You would think having to wait that long that the temperature of the food would have been hot but it was not it was lukewarm at best not really that impressive. One of the sandwiches that I ordered was quite a mess. I was surprised to see this place had a 3 and 1/2 star rating but once I got done I understand why now maybe I’ll go to a different one next time.

Have had nothing but bad experiences with this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Had a mobile pickup order. Waiting 25 minutes before going in to figure out what was going on. There were a dozen customers waiting because they too had missing or wrong orders. Waited another 10 minutes before I noticed an employee taking out my mobile order on a “dine in” tray. I stopped the employee and asked for my food. I was missing half of my order.

I then walked back to the counter as he said “he was getting the rest of my order”. My food was cold, fries not full, no condiments I ordered for my nuggets, and my order bags were wrinkled apart. My soft drinks were watered down, and no straws.

The employees didn’t greet anyone, ignored us, no sense of urgency, no direction, no managerial direction, like zombies, no proper food safe Headwear. There was trash all over the floor in the back. After another 10 mins a girl walked up and gave me a bag with my missing items, which were sitting on the counter for the 10 mins.
I don’t normally expect a refund, but i def would like my 32.00 back please. @mcdonalds

Do not make this your stop for grabbing lunch during the work day. You’ll go thru the drive thru to be told to wait in the parking lot. Then if the spot they tell u to park in is already filled and you have to wait in a different spot, they just won’t bring the food out at all and tell you it’s ur fault for the delay. Disappointing overall

Had a reward for a free double cheeseburger. Great! One item, you think that’ll be a quick in-and-out.

NOPE.

I placed this order via mobile for pickup inside, which may have been my mistake. As I sat inside for 25 minutes (again, for just one item, the double cheeseburger) it seemed there was a pecking order:
1A: Drive-thru
1B: Door-dash
3: Dine-in
4: Seemingly anything/anyone else?
Z: Mobile order pickup

I don’t necessarily blame this location or any location itself (though the store is clearly “fulfilling” orders without them actually being ready, as the app and in-store monitors showed “now serving” on my order number), but there has to be a better system to let smaller orders not wait an eternity for their order to finally come up when things are busy. This isn’t the first time this has happened either at this location, which led me to posting this. And to add insult to injury, my order sat on a back counter, bagged and ready, for at least 5 mins before someone actually checked with me. Why have a mobile order counter for people to grab and go if you don’t use it?

I hate ordering food here it always gets it wrong. When we did get our food the people were rude. And as far as the food the French fries were cold and the big Mac looked like it was just thrown together with out a care.
