Employees at this location barely speak English, I ordered double fries and got coleslaw, the large fry i ordered on the side has maybe 10 fries in it with no seasoning and the toast was literally buttered and light toast on one side and plain bread on the other side. This location has seriously gone downhill and they close early whenever they feel like it. Go to the one in Lynn Haven, way better service and food.

We don’t have this in Michigan so I wanted to try it out. I’m gonna give it 5/5 for the good food, clean dine in area, friendly staff and a nice clean facility. All the chicken is based with buffalo sauce but you also get to add your own flavor with it as well. The sweet and spicy is perfect for me.
I think I’m even going to stop here again before heading back north, yes that’s how good it is!

I ate at this Zaxby’s on Labor Day. The restaurant was not crowded although it took a while to get my food but the food was fresh and hot. The dining room looked clean and it seems this location is well managed. The staff are friendly and professional. Recommend

Worst experience with Zaxby’s on Hutchison Blvd on the beach I have ever had. I ordered a total of 6 cookies. Got 3. I ordered the Asian wrap and did not get any sauce that comes with it. The person running drive thru only spoke to me when I was at their speaker. When I drove up to the window he never said a word to me. When I reached for my food he was handing me I had to stretch considerably to get it and the guy was tall so no excuse.
