Best place to stop if you craving an amazing egg, bacon and pancake breakfast. Food was superb.
Our waiter, he was the best! Chatted to us. We spoke about rugby, soccer and football. He really made me feel comfortable.

Got into my hotel late last night due to some weather problems. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a 24/7 IHOP right next to it because I was tired and hungry. Awesome and welcoming staff. Fantastic food and a very clean, relaxing atmosphere. If you are on a road trip cross country this is a good place to stop for a quick overnight hotel stay and late night bite to eat.

This place was delicious! Food was hot and tasted amazing! I got a salad and 2 pancakes! And hot coffee! The waitress, I’m sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she had black hair and had a pony tail. I know that does not narrow it down, probably! But she was very kind !

Worst experience I have ever had here. Usually it isn’t this bad, but tonight definitely was. Food was burnt except for the french toast, which was undercooked. I paid $57 and waited for this togo for 1hr 10min. Then, was still missing items and messed up order kids meal was supposed to have whipped topping and icing for cupcake pankcake on the side instead we got sprinkles not cooked into the pancake and no whipped topping. Was supposed to have 6 eggs and cook claimed they were all cooked in one. But, only 2 eggs were cooked together. Told the waitress and she went back to inform the cook and he claimed they were all 6 there and refused to remake the burnt ones that were there. As I waited for her to discuss the issues with the cook the rest of our food was getting cold and still got nowhere with awful food.

I love going to IHOP in Hays, Kansas. In fact, I make sure to go at least once a week. It has now become my favorite IHOP restaurant because of Daniel. He always greets me and all the guests with great hospitality, respect and he is very attentive to details. He is very service-oriented and knowledgeable about the food they serve at this location even though he is a brand new server. More so, I’ve seen him serve in these capacity consistently among al his customers. Daniel rocks! IHOP should be grateful to have him around, and they better keep him. He works very hard and pay attention to each customer’s needs and orders. I’ve witnessed these whether the restaurant is full or not, and he remains consistent. He always gives a smile to the people he serves even though some of customers treat him poorly, taken advantaged of and feel entitled to do whatever they want in the restaurant. Thank you Daniel for your great service and for treating your customers with utmost respect, hospitality and charm!!!

The waitress, Cassie, was absolutely phenomenal! Very polite and energetic, despite it being nearly 1am! Someone get her a pay raise! The food was excellent, ordered sirloin steak tips, 9.5/10. Slightly more cooked than I would like, but that’s to be expected from a restaurant.

We stopped at the Hays IHOP last Sunday because it had been a very long time since we ate at one. The food and service were exemplary. The poblano omelet was fabulous. My wife loved the pancakes. Last night, passing back through, we stopped again. Cassie was awesome and the food was a well. Fabulous service, great food, and a very clean restaurant.
