I was informed by family in Fayetteville that I had to check this place out! The location looks like it is located in an office building….when entering you see the space is open and spread out! So…we were here for lunch and I ordered the Lamb Chops w/two sides – Mac & Cheese and Candied Yams.
Our server was prompt..friendly and offered refills when sodas were running low. The food was flavorful and portions were adequate.
I would definitely return on my future visits to Fayetteville.

Great atmosphere, service and food! Now it is a little pricey but some things are worth paying for!! If you haven’t been I suggest you do. I had the whiting fried fish and grits, and my husband had whiting and shrimp/ fries.

10’s across the board! I went in on a Saturday night just to check out the food. The bartender was super friendly and helpful, answering questions and making recommendations. I got the fish and grits and it was amazing. Big portions and bigger flavor! Not only that, there was LIVE MUSIC! I wasn’t even expecting a free concert, but they do it every Saturday. The band?! Sensational. And the singer had a voice like butter. This was hands down the best experience I’ve EVER had at a restaurant. My new favorite place

Place seems like an old night club as soon as you walk in but I’m assuming it hasn’t been renovated to accommodate the restaurant feel yet. Don’t let this deter you from coming. We ordered the fish basket (whiting) w/ collard greens and the Chase (blueberry waffle w/ honey butter and chicken legs). This was some of the best fried fish and chicken legs we’ve had in a long time. Friends ordered chicken breast and red velvet waffle w/ strawberry butter and loved it. Had some mimosas as well, they have a full bar.

Where do I begin with this review. The food is simply delicious. The customer service is superior. When I say presentation is everything, believe me. I traveled over four hours to dine at that restaurant, and it was worth every gallon of gas. We all agreed to return for the Lamb Chops. Just one more thang, the collards were seasoned with turkey meat and I always prefer pork seasoning. Those collards were um um um yum yum. They even serve Kool Aid on the menu. One regret is that I didn’t take pictures. I can’t recommend many of the food items, since this is the first time I ate at the restaurant

The food was Satisfactory. It had good and not so good taste factors. The wings were over cooked resulting in it being dry. The Mac and cheese was good. The greens were overly sweet. I understand adding a little sugar to remove bitterness but not so much where the sugar is the star of the show. I had a plain waffle and to my surprise it was soggy. I liked the drizzle of powdered sugar. The fries had some type of batter and was very tasty. The chicken tenders was okay. I had a to go order but the place itself was acceptable. The grits and shrimp was very unique. Definitely something different. My recommendation, take a visit and judge for yourself. Eat objectively and come to a fair conclusion. Then, share your thoughts–in my opinion.

I pre-ordered my food online at 4:30 so that I could pick it up after work when I left at 5 PM. I only ordered crab dip and a side of collards so when I finally got there after work, it was about 5:19 PM and I walked in and a young lady at the front desk said oh yeah we’ve got your order. Only it was not my order, it was someone else’s with the same name. I said just let me cancel. I’ll just go somewhere else and get something and she was like no no no we’ll make it for you really quick. We’re not busy. I’m so sorry. I don’t know why happened and I asked if I could I have something to drink while I wait since my food isn’t ready and she said let me ask my manager, well the manager said no. So I sat there and I said what can I do because I was a little annoyed after a long day at work. I had heard so much about this place and everybody’s said you need to go. They have great food. Everything‘s awesome. At 5:48. I walked out with my food. I sat there for almost 30 minutes and the manager never once said I’m sorry about your order. I’m not sure what happened. Let me make this right for you. She said nothing to me. She looked at me and dismissed me and walked away. I didn’t even want my crab dip when I got home. I ate the collards and they were OK but I know that I won’t return. Just because of the way I was dismissed like my order didn’t matter like I didn’t spend $23 on the food and gave a tip as well. Very disappointed & I do not recommend. Do better, be better. I would have given five stars had they remedied the situation by saying I’m sorry and you matter.

The food was very delicious, my favorite was the Moore fried chicken with yams and collards, the collard greens were packed with flavor it reminded me of thanksgiving dinner, i will definitely be coming back 🙂

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service from our table attendant was impeccable. The recommendation and questions asked were answered with taste tested knowledge. I will say that I was not impressed with the seasoning or lack there of of some of the selections we ordered. The yams were good and I was skeptical after seeing the level of grease that was in the container in which the yams are served. The Collard greens were on point in our party only one stated it needed more salt. The food was prepared to satisfaction and well cooked. The seasoning on the grilled salmon was not to any of our taste or like. The bang bang shrimp was very tasty and seasoned to tasty and heat. The water was good, the spirit was not good and was more carbonated water as a tonic water and was returned.
