This is the second time at this location where a young lady light skin, with a tattoo on her neck who works in drive thru. Seems to be having a bad day or hates her job. She gives a mean mug, no smile and comes off with an attitude
(I place mobile orders frequently. And was not able to enter my receipt Info to the owner on the app)
While she handed my bag. Literally pushing it thru my car window. My bag was ripped too. My food was cold and I did not enjoy it.
Requesting to suspend her she makes this location look bad. For now on I’ll drive to Flatbush where the workers are professional.

We visited this McDonald’s for the first time because we saw it had a play area — and it was a great experience!
Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. The manager even helped me when the app had a glitch, and he made sure our order went through without any issues.
Our older daughter had a blast playing. The twins are still little, but we all had a great time as a family.
Just two things that could be improved:
1. Diaper changing station – There’s no changing table in the men’s restroom and no family bathroom. In our case, my husband took our daughter, but had no way to change her, so I had to go with her into the women’s restroom. But what if I wasn’t there?
2. Ambient music volume – The background music was quite loud. Softer volume would make the space more pleasant, especially for families with babies.
Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

I have a 20 piece and 2 4 pieces 28 nuggets in total and only 3 sauces is crazy works
On top of that all the orders are packed up in one bag Danny Tell your employees to do better I’m tired of this service in the afternoon sucks cause I live right behind this McDonald’s if not I wouldn’t even swing by CHEAP With The sauce !!!!! AND ALL THE MEALS ARE SCRAMBLED IN ONE BAG NEVER FAILS TO AMUSE ME

i was waiting here for almost 15 min at counter . and they using phones and using same hands to make food. and they never washing. and no gloves. this was very bad and not expecting this.. very bad service and used to ask gloves they trying to argue..

Pre ordered through the app and waiting for 15 plus minutes. Drive through customers were going through without waiting but I was asked to wait in a spot and service never came. I eventually had to go inside. So did the other customers who were asked to wait. Awful!
