I went through the drive through. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. My fires were burnt and hard. Instead of ketchup I got taco sauce for some reason. I got no napkins or a receipt. The sandwich was very small and the chicken was overcooked. Everything was almost inedible. Probably never going back there again.

My wife stopped in to order 10 tacos and large curly fry for me, she overheard one of the employees say they were gonna go smoke. We get the order and none of the tacos have cheese or hot sauce, the lettuce taste old as well.
I’m pretty sure they gave us old tacos and the kid that was too high to function didn’t even prepare them correctly.
This Jack in The Box is always giving terrible service, too bad it’s the only one close. The newer one has never had issues

I went here because I heard the potato wedges were back and those were my go to always ordered them before they were seasonal. But what I got was a sad version of the amazing potato wedges I remember. First of all I only got like 7 potato wedges. Only one of which was a decent size. And then I got chewy bacon, instead of the crispy bacon they use to have. For 4 dollars you would think they would have more than a few wedges. Also the cashier lacked personality and took forever to take my order.

Whoever cooked my burgers needs to be commended. The burgers and salad were perfect and they looked just like the ones in the photos. Whoever cooked and neatly wrapped the burgers did a great job and you can see that they really care about the quality of their work. (This is in stark contrast with the squashed, sad-looking hamburger I got from McDonald’s a few days ago, which looked like someone had stepped on it ).
The Double Jack I ordered had fresh veggies, two juicy thoroughly cooked meat patties, fluffy buns, was nicely put together, and they got my customized online burger orders correct! (unlike Wendy’s, which has been very disappointing in quality of food lately and they’ve consistently gotten my online orders wrong for customized burgers and salads, which I pick up in the drive thru).
Thank you also to the night worker with the headphones, a Hispanic man, who brought my food out so I didn’t have to wait. I appreciate the good food and courteous, high-quality service, and that my food was nicely wrapped and packed instead of just thrown together.
