this bk and the reservoir road one are my go-to options for a late night pick me up on the way back to Boston from NY/NJ area via 84 East. I like being able to order impossible whopper instead of beef. The service at this drive thru is fast, friendly, and accurate. I do not believe they carry coke zero though, even though it is listed on the Burger King app. The last time I came through I was able to switch out jalapeno popper for mozzarella sticks at the speaker after I had placed a mobile order but before I got to the window to pick up and the resulting order was accurate and appreciated.

This restaurant is conveniently located, right off the highway. The staff are very warm, pleasant and professional. The manager, Ally is super sweet. She truly loves her job and it shows. I also received stellar service from a staff member named, Gabriel. If you are ever in area..stop by.

Food is absolutely delicious. Service is great, lovely employees. Only two complaints: they are not the fastest (not terribly slow either, but do expect to be waiting for several minutes) and the drive through speaker and microphone seem to have issues quite frequently.

Stopped here on my way from lowell, mass back to CT. traffic was building up on highway and this was quick easy off and easy on. We went inside to sit. We were greeted very nicely. Our order was immediately taken and by the time we filled our drink cups and picked a nice window booth, our food was ready. The fries were fresh and soda machine well maintained. My nephew had a whopper with bacon meal, i had an impossible burger meal. Both burgers were tasty. I have to say I felt my bun looked sorta like it had been frozen and defrosted, but besides that it was fine. The place was clean and I even used the bathroom with no regrets! Definitely a worthy stop.

This place used to be fast and clean. Today, what a disappointment. Ordered my food and watched the front end run around looking clueless. I see people ordering after me getting their food while mine is sitting in the window. When I go up and complain, no apologies and the ketchup when asked for is thrown at me on the tray. Guess going to the McDonald’s or Taco Bell will be the results here.

The service was great, and most of the food was good. We got the mozzarella fries and they over cooked them. All the cheese was cooked out of them, so they were hollow and no good.

Saturday night 3/9/25 at 11:30pm. Awful experience. With 2 cars in front of me, it took almost 40 mins to get through the drive through. Kicking myself for not pulling off. The woman taking orders kept telling people “hold on a sec”. Heard that maybe 50 times. My burger wasn’t properly made. This BK has gone down hill. It must be under new management. Never seen this place this bad.
