Amazing food. We had the unlimited chicken fried, shrimps and riblets. Fried chicken was the best. Waitress was really helpful, I think her name was abbie or something. Also the LIT was amazing. Overall good place and only thing opened late in Montpelier.

We decided to stop at Applebee’s on our way home for lunch. Our server Meg was attentive and spot on while the kitchen got our food right out. I would recommend the ultimate trio for a perfect amount of variety. Will likely be stopping in again soon.

Just left, staying at the hotel across the parking lot. Food is meh (you don’t go to Applebees for the cuisine), but it’s close and easy. Had two beers with my chicken sandwich and fries, and wanted a bourbon as a night cap. Was denied because of a vague two drink policy. I asked why and the waitress explained the manager says something about two drinks max per meal, or one drink an hour, or that I needed to order more food?-wasn’t really clear which it was.
I asked the waitress to downgrade the drink and explain to the manager we walked in from the hotel. Still denied.
Judging by the other reviews, the manager here is a liability. Our waitress, Brook, was kind and sweet and obviously doing her best despite the management. I still left a good tip.
We (party of three) are in town on a job and would have potentially eaten here for the rest of the week, but will now be taking our business elsewhere.

Service to customers has gone way down. I often have to give up on ordering to go. And find another restaurant nearby to order from. My husband and I have tried calling and got put on hold, to be hung up on. We are mindful of closing times and this was 4 hours before shut down. Tonight was great tho. I truly do appreciate the work and effort when it happens.

We drove up from NJ and stopped here to eat. Safe to say this is one of the best Applebees we’ve ever ate at. The food was extremely fresh, the service was quick and attentive, and overall pretty clean. We were thoroughly impressed!

Ordered through the app at 620p on a Thursday evening. Projected ready time was 654p. Paid and tipped through the app. This location has a carside lane next to the building and 3 signed carside parking spaces. I arrived at 635p, the 6th carside customer awaiting their order, and took the middle signed space. No employee checked in until 658p, after my projected ready time. The next employee check in was at 707p.
The 5 cars already waiting, as well as 7 more who arrived after me, all received their orders and left before I finally received my order at 723p. 29 minutes after my projected ready time. My order? ONE ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD! The lettuce and dressing were warm. The chicken and breadstick were cold, There was almost as much crispy noodles as greens.
