I haven’t been here in a while. Looks remodeled now but with no TVs. Busy location with even a busier parking lot. A bit of a wait while our steak home wreckers were made. Staff was friendly but no “Welcome to Moe’s”. Food was great! Seemed a little short staffed but everyone was busy. Typical Moe’s experience. The tip jar was empty, that was sad.

We visited this location for the TMOBILE promotion (2 of us). There was a long line with only 2 employees (one at cashier and one serving food). You could tell they were stressed…this store needs help!
We wanted a bowl and asked for steak and beans. He explained that even with the promotion, the steak was still an up-charge after he put the steak and beans in the bowl. We apologized and asked for the chicken instead. The gentlemen took the steak (which was touching the beans) out the bowl and put it back in with the other steaks in the metal container. This isn’t good, especially if someone has an allergy (cross contamination).
Much of the sides were empty and/or very low (no corn, no veggies). Ground beef looked horribly dry. We finally finished our order and to be honest we weren’t satisfied with the leftovers we had to choose from. Also, the sauce bar was a mess. Sauces and salsa were missing and stuff spilled everywhere. There were dirty napkins and papers from straws all over the fountain drink station. To be honest, if this wasn’t a freebie from TMOBILE, I wouldn’t have paid money for what we seen. If you are going to run a promotion, at least have the staff and food available to accommodate. Truly disappointed.

Decided to visit Moe’s as I was in the area. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited one.
This location represents everything wrong with the brand and why it’s dying.
Placed an online pickup order. Location was spacious and clean and I was greeted. Ordered a chicken quesadilla. Immediately noticed how light it felt. Opened it up. Horrible quality control. The tortilla wasn’t even toasted. Brown spots on lettuce and a lettuce butt. Barely any chicken. This was the worst quesadilla (it was just a large taco) I’ve ever had. Portion size and lack of flavor. I immediately regretted spending over $13 for it and tipping to boot. I would never recommend this location and don’t plan on visiting any Moe’s in the near future. 0 out of 5.

I ordered two Homewrecker burritos from Moe’s Southwest Grill through a mobile order, both with guacamole and veggies added. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized neither burrito included the guacamole or vegetables.
It was disappointing to discover this after leaving the restaurant. I reached out to customer service to report the incorrect order, but I wasn’t offered a resolution, which was frustrating.
This location used to be very consistent, so I hope this was just an off day. I wanted to leave this review to bring attention to the issue and hopefully see better order accuracy moving forward.

Absolutely outstanding experience today at this Moe’s location. I came in for a steak quesadilla and was blown away by the service. Chris was working completely solo and somehow mastered the art of multitasking — taking walk-in orders, handling online orders, making food, cashing people out, and still giving everyone great attention.
Even with how busy it was, he made sure the family ahead of me was taken care of, greeted me with the classic “Welcome to Moe’s,” and still made my food perfectly. The restaurant was very clean, the music was great, and the atmosphere felt welcoming.
I usually go to the Lee Vista location (which was closed), but this was my first time here and definitely not my last. Huge shoutout — truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.

My family was in this restaurant today and we just have to give a huge shoutout to one of your employees. His name is Chris! At the time we went in he was the only person working. He had a steady line of people and orders to go were coming in. He handled everything without a hitch. He was pleasant and kind with each of us as we ordered. We hardly had to wait at all. When we sat down there continued to be a steady line of people coming in. He never got frustrated he just continued to serve people. While we were there a couple other employees came in. They didn’t miss a beat. With all the negative things around the world right now I just had to give Chris a shout out. I didn’t get his last name. Thank you Chris for your amazing service today! I’ve been to this location multiple times, and gradually it has been getting worse. Today was the last time I come because frankly it was abysmal.
The portions were incredibly cheap. I ordered a homewrecker burrito and just like the photos show it looked like a junior or kids burrito. Not only did they not put the ingredients I wanted, the rice was stale or undercooked because it had that crunchy taste to it, the chicken was barely there and tough.
I spent over $50 bucks and tipped online, and my whole families order were just as stingy.
To add the server barely said hi when I entered, didn’t acknowledge me or say good bye. And if you have been here before you have to make your own drinks and salsas, they don’t do it for you, that includes the napkins and straws because they don’t do that either.
It was fun while it lasted, what’s the point coming back with chipotle now open.

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac’s disease (absolutely no gluten), so I’m trying to navigate eating in restaurants. I walked into this location with my daughter just after 5 pm on 16-Feb. I explained I could not have gluten, and the first gentleman working said, ‘No problem’ immediately, then wiped down the work surface and changed gloves, the other two did the same for us. When they asked if I could have the chips, I said I wasn’t sure. One of them then went over to look through if there was any cross contact, and he told me exactly where there could be contact.
This is such a new experience for me, and having the team there immediately go.above and beyond to help me figure out my order was so appreciated–great staff!!

My husband and I wanted to try this place because we wanted to shake things up but it was a major disappointment. The portions for both of the adult items we got were the same size as our children’s meals and everything was ice cold. The food lacked in flavor and the rice was undercooked. This was a waste of money.
