This McDonald’s is always great to us! The staff is always friendly, helpful and kind; which is greatly appreciated. The food is on point. Doesn’t seem to be thrown together, like some other locations… I just want to say I appreciate the staff here….and that the new Hershey’s Smores Mcflurry ain’t nothing to sleep on.

Every time I go here the wait is longer and longer. I was in the drive thru line for about 40 minutes just for a 10 piece, 2 PLAIN double cheeseburgers and and fries. And after the entire wait they made me pull around and wait EVEN LONGER. Then I finally got my order. And they forgot my sauce.
I get that people don’t want to work nowadays but if that’s the reason just close a few locations so they can work at the other location down the road… very upset with the state of “fast” food.

Had a pick up order, the drive thru was long so I decided to go inside. The guy at the counter walks away and tells me he will be right back. After over 5 minutes of waiting and no one now in the drive thru I decide to walk out and go through the drive thru because the guy was still not helping me. I pull up to the speaker where me and the car in the other lane wait over ten minutes with a line behind us waiting for someone to answer. No one answered I just pulled up to the window and waited for someone to come and told them I had a mobile order. Never again wasted my lunch for a sweet tea and large cold fry that I thought would be a quick 5 minute stop. Obviously this location needs new management shame on whoever is the district manager of this location do better.

I would give a 0 for all if I could. We waited over 25 mins from the drive through. Went in to use the restrooms while waiting but the restrooms were trashed with garage cans knocked over, dirty pads on the floor and pee/moisture on the toilet. Kitchen floors were disgusting. Requested a refund bc didn’t trust the sanitation of the restaurant. Had to wait several minutes to get a refund because there weren’t any staff at the register inside.

I have never been to a worse mcdonalds in my life! Last two visits have been horrible. First visit took 21 mins to get my food from drive thru! Second visit we went inside. 2 people eating, no one in line inside and 1 or two cars in drive thru. 11:20 am and it still took 10 mins for our food. Trash everywhere, French fries and plastic bags on the floor by the French fries station. Watched as the staff walked over the mess, some stood around and one I watched eat right there on the floor by the fry station twice!

I’m making this into Fair warn people been going to McDonald’s for a while always get the iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the mornings on 11/24/25 I went there for lunch I got there at 2:50 they had a little bit of a line got up to the drive-thru speaker and I was sitting there and sitting there and I said hello into the speaker I got a voice that said can you wait a minute please so I’m waiting all the cars that was in front of me was around the corner and no longer backed up so I waited at 3:05 I said hello into the speaker again asking me to wait I said no thank you I’ll go somewhere else to eat considering I’m on an hour lunch and I had done wasted 10 minutes if not more waiting in line for somebody to take my order when I round the corner there was three cars in line all of them had done paid do not I repeat do not go to the McDonald’s ever worst service I’ve ever seen out of a company
