I come here every time I’m in SEA. Food is excellent and always fresh. Service is great as well. It’s a nice family restaurant where they truly care about quality and service. Highly recommend. Unfortunately I didn’t take a pic of my meal this time…finished it quickly because it’s so goood! I ordered the lamb chops with beef kabob, rice with lentils and raisins. Also, the home made ice cream is a must!!!

The food was fantastic and one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Seattle. Friendly service and family run feel. The chicken koobideh was the best I’ve had. Delicious hummus as well. Great atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Caspian Restaurant was so bad that I felt I had to speak up. The staff was extremely rude, especially the lady, who showed no respect toward customers at all.
The food was overpriced and had no flavor. The chicken kebab was especially bad — it tasted raw and completely unseasoned. I was also served a fully burnt tomato with a strange, unpleasant taste. On top of that, they added a tip for themselves without even asking, which is very unprofessional.
To make things worse, the staff kept staring at us while we were eating, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects customers and serves edible food.

Very disappointing experience.
They didn’t seem friendly to us. One visit was just with my family, and the second time I brought a guest. On both occasions, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. The waitresses had no smile and did not make us feel comfortable. When we went with our guest, I felt quite embarrassed by how we were treated.
When we asked to separate the checks, we were questioned about why we didn’t mention it earlier, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I also didn’t find the place kid-friendly.
I will not be coming back to this place. I would also recommend others think twice before dining here. I hope management seriously works on improving their customer service and hospitality.

this visit was a huge disappointment. The staff was unfriendly, the food was overpriced, and the chicken kebab was undercooked and bland. I was also given a burnt tomato that tasted strange. On top of that, they added a tip without asking. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food here use to be good but it hasn’t been the same. The customer service is so beyond terrible. Especially the woman and man who I believe are the owners. They are always so rude, grumpy and dismissive. The woman in particular is always in the worst mood possible and has ZERO customer service skills. How they are still in business is beyond me. If you want good beef kabab, their selection is good. As far as chicken- don’t get it. It’s just yellow color with zero flavor. Such a shame.

The food was good, the service was awful, our lady server has the personality of sand. I don’t know if she was angry, unhappy or what but it was uncomfortable. Not welcoming at all. Eeeesh was very expensive too. But anywhere you go these days is expensive. I like the fireplace in the restaurant. It added a nice ambience.

Food was really good but service was less than welcoming. Middle aged man who “welcomed” us at the door looked like he was annoyed by our presence and waitress lady was not very friendly either, she was JUST ok, although she smiled once when we said the food was really delicious. We were the only people in the restaurant on Sunday afternoon but felt like it was a little rushed when waitress started taking away our plates the second we were done. It’s an expensive place and with this kind of service most likely we are not going to be returning there.
