Food is always good here and seems like it’s pretty fresh. Rarely have my orders messed up. They are pretty quick in the drive-thru also. My favorite is the sausage egg and cheese Mc muffin. The fries are awesome too!

This location has become a literal dump.
They cannot get orders, right they are very slow and the place looks trashy.
I placed an order with the mobile app that way I knew exactly what I ordered since it was customized that way there was no concern about them not hearing me at the drive-through and they still messed it up
Calling up here to complain does no good they do not care.
McDonald really needs to remove the franchise from this locations owners.

This location never gets orders right. Also, after waiting for 30 minutes we finally get our food and have cold fries as well as missing a happy meal and the sauces. Can’t even grab a quick dinner because nothing is quick about the Pryor location, plus you spend the next 10 minutes after you get your order trying to get the rest of it

A few years ago I ordered a meal for the promo cup they had at the time, just to not be given the cup. They told me they would refund me, yet two years later, I’m still waiting on that refund. It was only like $14 so it’s whatever, but remember that if you have a problem (which you likely will here) and they promise to refund you.

Probably the worst McDonald’s iv ever been to. Honestly should be embarrassed by the way management runs this McDonald’s. The people are rude and the food taste like disappointment. I ordered a Big Mac and a coke I even did it on the app for faster service. Nope not fast they wanted me to go to a stall and I waited 30 mins. I’ll repeat 30 mins for a Big Mac!! How embarrassing.

Today was the best experience I’ve had at this McDonald’s. MJ, a new worker I believe, was very exceptional. He went table to table making sure people were happy with their meals, asking if they needed anything. My fiancé and I were very shocked by his kindness, we’ve never had such a great interaction at this location. Truly wish there were more people like MJ, he brightened our day. Once again going to name drop since he deserves appreciation, MJ!

If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars as a option I would. Service was bad tonight around 5:30. The lady asked us 4 times if that was all of our order before my mom even finished. The fish fillet sandwich was pathetic..barely even a patty there and not even a whole slice of cheese and for some reason there was 2 tiny pieces of lettuce on it. The fries had no salt and wasnt even full.

It was terrible. We recieved our bag with everything dumped out. All i did was remoce the empty nuggets bpx. Asked for fresh fries after we got shriveled dry cold overly salty fries. We waited and they handed us a new bag with the same fries, not fresh. McChicken sandwich was crunchy where it shouldn’t be didn’t eat either after 1 bite.

I’m from out of town, I’d like to give some helpful pointers to the owner and staff of this Location. First, everyone was standing around, didn’t greet any of the customers coming in. Second, we had to walk to five different tables as they all are dirty and needed wiped down, maybe instead of standing around clean and take pride in your lobby. Lastly, y’all are in a customer service based business. A smile, a greeting and not being rude to customers asking for an order that y’all made incorrect to be fixed goes along way!!! Yall are literally being paid to do a job and give a service, may as well be polite and do it to the best of your ability! Makes the day better!
