Our experience at Duffy’s Sports Grill was honestly very disappointing.
We were seated outside and we were completely forgotten (hostess forgot to tell our server). Had to remind them of our 1st round of drinks, and two other drink orders were forgotten. The service just felt very disorganized from start to finish.
When our food finally came out, four different servers brought plates to the table, but no one brought cutlery. (We had to go back inside and ask.) Servers also seemed annoyed when we asked them to clear space so the food could actually fit on the table. It felt uncomfortable, like we were inconveniencing them just by needing room to eat. Meanwhile, a nearby table was never cleared the entire time we were sitting there.
To top it off, the bill was labeled as a party of 3 even though we were clearly a party of 6. Just another example of the lack of attention to detail.
The food itself was also underwhelming. One meal advertised with chips and salsa came with exactly seven chips and a tiny takeout-sized portion of salsa. It felt skimpy and disappointing.
Overall, it was poor service and mediocre food. Definitely not the experience we expected, and unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Everything about this place was terrible. We sat at the bar and the TVs are tinted blue. The gridiron nachos were stacked with maybe a half of chicken breast and nobody checked on us after we got our food. Usually, duffys is a safe bet but not today. Even the drinks were bland. Safe to say I will never return. I even have a rewards card. What a letdown.

We hadn’t been down to SoFlo in a while and decided to go to Duffy’s for football and their Thursday night rib special. We didn’t realize that the Deerfield Beach location had closed so we went to the Boca location. Big mistake.
First of all, not a single employee, other than the female manager, seemed happy to be there and their attitude and service showed this. No smiles, very unwelcoming, etc. Second, the restaurant was FILTHY (see pic) – trash and food under each table and on the floors. I hate to think of how dirty the kitchen is.
Last, my husband ordered a baked potato only to find out 10 min later that they were out of them. He wanted a side salad but decided against it after learning there was an “up charge” for it. Seems like the right thing to do would be to comp that extra fee since he couldn’t get the side he originally ordered. Again, poor customer service.
We have noticed that all the Duffy’s locations have declined over the last decade – we will find better restaurants to spend our money at.

I just moved to the area and Duffys was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. The food is great, and the staff has been nothing but amazing. Most of the time Allie has been my server and she has been wonderful. Super friendly and she definitely knows her beers. Highly recommended.

She suggested the broccoli cheddar soup, which was rich, comforting, and paired perfectly with those little oyster crackers—simple but flawless. The pulled pork sliders were layered with flavor, and the fried onions added just the right crispy bite. The Jack Daniel’s BBQ was dripping with sweet, smoky goodness in every single bite. I even ended up stealing the secret sauce from the cheeseburger sliders we ordered because it was that good—and it’s the reason I finished every fry on my plate.
Every time we needed something, Allison went above and beyond. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and care made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, not just served. It’s rare to experience service this consistently excellent, and she made both nights memorable.

I absolutely love Duffy’s, but this visit was a huge disappointment. I ended up going to a location I had never been to before, and it turned out to be a big mistake. First, my drink was made incorrectly, though they did fix it. Then, I asked my server for a few things and had to ask twice because she seemed to forget. A food runner ended up bringing me the one item I needed never received the other item!
The worst part was when the host (I believe) came over and changed the channel of the football game I was watching without even asking if we minded. They did this because another TV wasn’t working for a different table. It was completely rude. I told my server I wasn’t happy, and they didn’t even change the channel back.
I wanted to stay and enjoy myself and the game, but I was so upset—especially since the game wasn’t on any other TVs within my view. No one came over to apologize or address the issue, so I asked for my check and left. It really felt like they catered to the other table simply because they had more people than mine.

Visited this location 2 weeks ago, and I DID NOT want to forget to write a review on our server Emily O. Outstanding customer service in the cocktail / bar area! Friendly, accommodating and CLEARLY likes the work that she does at Duffy’s. Always smiling. We only had drinks …. me wine. With each glass Emily brought, she did not forget to bring a glass of ice and a spoon. In the world we live in, so many lazy people, I was really impressed with her.
