Came in here after the hot wheels tour, Mr Key Served us and was great. The presentation on the food look like they’re ready for great photos. I got a banana shake. It was quite delicious. Food is amazing. My first time in here definitely coming back.

The restaurant was clean and had a chill, comfortable atmosphere. Overall, a solid spot if you’re craving a good burger and want fast, quality service. I’ll definitely be back.

As usual, the food was served quickly…it was hot and delicious. Almost ever single day, Smashburger will email offers for discounted food or other specials so you can always save money by joining their Smashrewards program. The service is topnotch. Key, the restaurant manager, is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Smashburger, especially the Cypress-Rosehill location, without reservation.

Was craving smashburger just because I haven’t had it in a while and man was i satisfied. I went during a week day around 1pm which isn’t usually a busy time for restaurants because it’s after the lunch rush but it was sad to see only a few customers come in while everyone else was missing out. Get the tater tots.

Service was great & fast. One cheeseburger had onions, which were not ordered; other 2 good & correct. The tater tots w/rosemary were crispy & yummy. My daughter likes their Brussels sprouts. Fries were okay. Overall, a good dinner at a good price served by nice people.

I’ve always loved the food here. Ive been going since I was little and it never gets old. The burgers are always fresh and the fries are amazing. The people who work here are amazing and I love coming here to eat. It’s my favorite Friday night meal!!!!!

Kids eat free Wednesday. This is what brought us in. One free kid per adult meal purchased. Quiet and not busy during our visit. Good tasty burger. Brussel Sprouts were good! Go check them out next time you’re looking for somewhere to have a good bite to eat! They even have outdoor seating!

The perfect example of a company destroyed by the incompetence of their leaders. One of the best burger joints in town for few years, became such a pricey disgrace, such a huge failure and disappointment. Expensive and bad.
Such a shame , they used to be phenomenally good. Now , not so much. No wonder they closed so many locations all over Houston.
Again , such a shame, they let an incredible concept to die. Although the service is always pretty fast and attentive, the food suffered a lot lately.
