This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Burger King.

I witnessed something very disturbing. A female employee who speaks Spanish was insulting and belittling another Spanish-speaking person in English, apparently a worker who was picking up food orders. Her comments were disrespectful, offensive, and clearly discriminatory. It was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

No one should be treated that way, especially inside a public place and within a company as large as Burger King. Situations like this create a hostile environment for both customers and workers.

It is very disappointing to see employees behave like this while also failing to do their jobs properly. This kind of attitude damages the reputation of the business and makes customers feel uncomfortable.

I hope this review reaches management or higher-level supervisors so this incident can be investigated and appropriate action can be taken. No one deserves to be insulted or looked down on because of their language or background.

For me, this will be the first and last time visiting this location. Please be aware of the behavior of some of the employees here.

They charged almost 30% for the sales tax with no cause for it on the receipt. Wouldn’t provide an actual reason why the rest of the whole damn city and every other city in the state doesn’t charge more than around 10% when asked about it. Just acted like they couldn’t be bothered or care.

Straight theft is what it is. Not about the dollar amount but the principal. Rude miserable service too.

I haven’t been to Burger King in a long time and my boyfriend and I decided to go today we were placing our order the guy in the picture told us to he couldn’t hear so I spoke louder than just kept being rude when we were trying to order our food the. Once we got to the window they tried to double charge me for mozzarella fries and the guy yells out the window and says it’s her fault I never asked for two I just had ask for one his attitude was horrible, then I asked for bacon and cheese on my whopper and never got it but was charged for it…. I’m completely done with everything going to Burger King and for the prices it’s worth it especially the way I was treated spent 35 dollars on horrible food and bad customer service! DONT EVER COME HERE!

Food is fresh including the fries. Service is what you’d expect from a fast food spot. This BK being in SODO, I thought it would be less than clean. I was pleasantly surprised as the crew here does a good job maintaining its cleanliness.

08/24/25, 1:30pm. I thought about going to the Alibertos up the street, but opted for Burger King because I thought it would be faster. At the drive-thru, it took forever for me to order two Whoppers with no pickles or onions and a large strawberry lemonade, because I could not get the sentence out without being interrupted multiple times. I sat for several minutes at the second window before the employee took my card and asked if I would try the mango peach lemonade, to which I replied, “Not willingly.” When he brought my strawberry lemonade to the window, he held it out of reach and kept trying to get me to take a paper cup that had a bit of the mango peach lemonade in it. I kept refusing to take it, and eventually had to state firmly that I don’t like mango, before he would give me my strawberry lemonade. I did not get a straw or a receipt, and had to sit at the drive-thru window until I could get another employee’s attention, so I could ask for a straw. I spent the majority of that encounter, very much wishing I had gone anywhere else.

I’m honestly shocked by how bad these nuggets were—they were dry, overcooked, and looked like they’d been sitting for hours. I used to work at Burger King, and I can confidently say we never served food that looked like this. It was 12:00 PM on a Monday—peak lunch hour—so where’s the fresh food?

On top of that, I asked for two sauces for my 8-piece and only received one. Small detail, but it adds to the frustration.

And if you’re no longer serving certain menu items, why are they still on the menu board? That’s just confusing for customers.

This location really needs to tighten up its operations. Who is the district manager? Because this doesn’t reflect Burger King’s usual standards.

This BK is wishy-washy! Some days they are awesome but most days they just want you to be ok with their bad mood and dismissive attitude. They dont like to”make it your way” and their actions make it obvious. If you dont like being in the hospitality industry then please find another option. Treating customers poorly because you hate your job is absolutely ridiculous! You people can do better so DO BETTER!

The quality of service has dropped drastically in the last year. The chicken in the wrap that I just ordered was so freaking hard, that it almost broke my teeth! I couldn’t believe it. I pulled it out of the wrap and of course it was burnt. I tried to pull it apart with my hands and could not. I literally had to use my nail as a makeshift knife to pull it apart. I just threw the whole meal away. No way will I EVER get food from here again. Sucks b/c I love BK 🙁

I had a really good experience at this Burger King location. The service was good compared to other locations I’ve visited. What impressed me the most was how they handled my special request for my Whopper. I prefer it ‘off the broiler,’ a request that other locations have often misunderstood or ignored. But not here; they knew exactly what I meant and delivered my burger just the way I like it.hot with the flame marks.. lol.. The burger was flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection, making for a satisfying meal.

I recently tried to use the mobile app. There’s no point. The dining room is closed for safety reasons, and even though I ordered online 20 min prior the employees insisted I wait an additional 15-20 min in the drive through lane. I know mobile orders suck, but I eat here regularly and was disappointed by the poor customer service. My food is probably sitting on the counter getting cold. Now I’m hangry and late.
