Update. Coffee is stirred. Finally. But I guess they have a timer to run people out of the windows or drive thru. Had to wait about 15 mins in the pick up zone for 1 qp with cheese sandwich ONLY…..why?

ASK FOR STIR STICK. Love em. But for God’s sake, you guys HAVE to PLEASE stir this us (pic below of caramel ice coffee that is water, coffee, milk and syrup clearly separated lol). I mean it’s separated like oil and water. they pump pour and hand it over. Nothing more. I don’t know if I am not the only one or not. PLEASE STIR THE COFFEE. Otherwise we could have ordered it separately (the syrups) and do it on our own like I’ve been doing. Otherwise, the older lady that works the drive thru in the mornings, will be the only one that actually puts that request in for me (which I always request stirring via drive thru which is never done, which shouldn’t even be requested), to be stirred. So is the amazing, one of the few, nice, pleasant employees there that actually know how to respond to HOWS YOUR MORNING BEEN instead of the cold shoulder . The rest are grumpy cold. No matter how happy you pull up and how nice you are, they are just on edge it seems. Love the lady at the drive thru early weekday mornings. She Should be recognized. But come on man lol.

Today was insane! Sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before it began to move at all. Ppl were leaving as a result. Ppl went in to demand their orders.If the employees you have cannot do a simple entry level job please fire them and bring ppl from other stores (collectively) who can until you get competence. While waiting on my food AFTER I received my drink, I watched an employee bring food out, but stayed on his phone and did very little to go back in and serve those waiting. To say he took his time is an understatement! Also, as is normal, you ppl charge way too much for french fries. Don’t tell me it’s the market when you farm your own potatoes and you’re OVERPAYING substandard employees. I bring this up because ONCE AGAIN, I received less than a full box of fries for my order!!! Do I and others, really need to dbl and triple check our orders EVERYTIME? I even spent a while getting a Dr Pepper instead of a Coke. That lasted for months! How much is being wasted on food being sent back and you ppl won’t even help feed homeless? This is not a ONE TIME PROBLEM. This happens regularly at this location.Dont even get me started on at least two other locations that are as bad or worse.
FIX YOUR EMPLOYEE PROBLEM OR CLOSE!!!
It’s difficult to be nice to you when the problem has been ongoing for several years. I’ve sent msgs before. I’ve talked with managers before; I’m being ignored. I hope you’ll handle this issue soon. I know HOW TO FIX IT, but unfortunately I cannot and will not state it in this venue. I hope this finds you well and motivates you to act soon. Thank you.

Absolutely pathetic. In the drive through behind one car ordering and after about seven minutes, I had to back up and go to the other lane. She starts by saying hold on a few minutes. Finally order my food and after nearly twenty minutes, more of waiting with not one car even inching up a little.I just got off the drive through and left. As I was passing the drive through window, I look inside and see the woman working the.Register just sitting on her phone. Wendy’s is next door and has far less wait, time and better service. Night shift is really bad with door dash orders. Customer service is pretty bad as well. They will leave you standing there and won’t say anything. They need better management for the night crew. But day shift is more professional

When you go through the drive-thru and verbally ask are you sure everything is in this one bag, you expect an honest answer. I have gotten home from the drive thru missing two hamburgers. It happens at this location constantly. McDonald’s— management…. Do better! I don’t care to waste money

Sat in drive through for 30 mins treated with nothing but disrespect by employees probably one of the worst interactions I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Save yourself the time and just go to Wendy’s or Guthries next door at least there you’ll be treated with courtesy and respect.

So i came to pick up an order through drive thru it’s just something about gett8ng horrible service that makes you don’t even want to eat or order the food anymore my code to pick up the food wasn’t loading so I told them id come in to not hold up the line I come in they annoyed that I comenin but was annoyed that my code wouldn’t pull up witch one you want I didnt mind coming inside but when I come inside I’m getting ignored eyes rolled why she get out the drive thru thank god for Reginae was the onky one that took time to address my issue and re ring up the order. The6 shouldn’t have even had to re ring up the order they were not busy and there was over ten people in the back.

Both drive through lanes were open. We sat at the speaker at least 10 min Other lane was moved so I drove to the window in hopes to order. The girl had her head laid down on her keyboard. She opened window and told me to get back in line I explained I had waited a long time and asked for manager. Sadly, I just raved about how things were so much better and gave them a 5-star review (which is below). However, I’ve changed my mind. The staff and food isn’t any better than before. The staff has no personality and is rude. The food is staged for so long on 2nd shift, that it no longer is hot and fresh. Silly me. I thought things were moving in the right direction.

I never thought I’d EVER give a McDonald’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. However, this new General Manager, who works at this location, has turned this restaurant COMPLETELY around in her FIRST month, right out of TRAINING! Her FIRST month!!! It’s absolutely unbelievable! I’ve actually been driving out of my way to go to this location for the spectacular service and quality products they’ve been consistently delivering.

I wish I would’ve caught her name. Regardless, she has an inate ability for hiring AMAZING young people who have outstanding personalities that shine ever so brightly. You can truly feel the peace and love in these young people’s hearts. They smile, tell you to enjoy your food, ask if you need anything. It truly is remarkable. Kudos to her for a job well done. And, kudos to the young adults for stepping up and bringing customer service back, which is nearly nonexistent and has been long forgotten in many industries.

Not only that, this GM’s time management skills soar, which is proven by her outstanding ability to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service, time and time again, with fresh and hot food…every time! The fries and food are the best they’ve been in years!

I’m so proud of how much she’s accomplished in such a short amount of time. Not only is she a shining star for McDonald’s, but she’s a shining star for these young people, teaching them much needed skills that they can take with them for the rest of their lives in whatever career paths they pursue.

She needs to be promoted to train other managers on how to hire the right candidates and how to consistently deliver fresh, hot product.

I mean, this is a McDonald’s review, and I’m just in awe. What an absolutely fabulous job! If any upper management reads this, I hope you hang on to this gem of a GM and do right by her. Promote her. Recognize her with awards, bonuses, and promotions. She’s going to make you a LOT of money, and I’m sure you’ll see that by increased revenue, survey scores, and Google reviews!

Had a lot to say about this location but after looking through past reviews, all of my complaints have been mentioned numerous times and I just went back 10 months. None have been addressed. Worst “fast food” establishment I know of. Need to retrain everyone there or just shut it down! I have taken my family since they opened the doors- will not be back!
