I have to say, this was probably one of the best Burger King visits I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everything felt a notch above the usual fast-food experience. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was surprisingly fast and accurate—something you don’t always get at a drive-thru or quick stop.
The food? Spot on. My burger was hot, fresh, and made just right—the bun was soft, the patty juicy, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. The fries were crisp and golden, not overly salted or soggy like I’ve had at other locations. You could actually taste that everything had just come off the grill or fryer. Even the soda tasted better—well carbonated and ice-cold.
What made it stand out was the consistency and quality across the board. It felt like the crew actually cared about putting out a good product and it showed. For a fast-food meal, it hit the mark in every way. If every Burger King was like this one, it would easily be my go-to every time. Great job to the team at this location!

We received our Whoppers in a timely manner, our cashier at the window was very friendly. When we pulled away to eat our burger on the run, I typically get the burger unwrapped and ready for my partner to eat it easily and mess free on the road. When we opened the sandwich box we were very impressed with the presentation! The sandwich was perfectly half unwrapped and ready for us to just grab and eat with out any fuss or mess! Not only was that exactly what we needed, but the wrapper was clean, and the whopper was perfectly prepared! One of the best Whoppers I’ve eaten since they first came out! Honestly, Burger Kings around state to state seem to be hit or miss on consistency of preparation of the products. This store exceeds or expectations by far! The service delivered all the way until the last bite! Equal distributed ingredients and a fresh hot chargrilled burger, fresh fluffy bun, fresh veggies, and enough mayo and ketchup all over the burger. Not too much and not too little. Nothing was to complain about this Whopper! Thank you to the team who clearly are taking pride in their work and making sure quality isn’t overlooked! Thank you! I hope this is something we can rely on at every Burger King!

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for over 20 years and I don’t understand why they can’t get it together. They have always been terrible but for some reason every couple of years I give them a chance. It took half an hour to get my food for three people. The order was correct (one star) and the staff was nice (two stars). Once I got my food, anything I needed I had to go back to the counter. The only thing they had available was lids and straws. If I needed ketchup, salt and pepper or even napkins I had to go back to the ordering counter. I’m sure this is to save money for the store but it’s not a good experience for the customers. Very frustrating experience and I could’ve gone to a real restaurant in the time it took.

I felt that the lady taking the money was nice. However the lady giving the food was very rude. She didn’t greet us or act pleasant in anyway. I was verifying that my meal was correct and the lady basically told me to move out the way so she can help the next customer. I spent 45 bucks and that’s hard to earn these days. You could at least Be nice to me. I yelled God bless you and pulled off. If giving out food and giving customers service with a smile is to hard you should not work with the public. Maybe get a stay at home job. You only have to be nice to yourself.

This is the best Burger King we have ever experienced. This is the 5th time this week because it so good!!!! No matter the time of day the food is fresh and hot, the staff is super friendly and kind. The manager behind the counter was very courteous and polite. She understood her role and had the employees keeping up the pace. It was during the breakfast change to lunch, yet Jasmine was able to complete my correction to the order without issue. My personal experience was ideal and I plan to go to this location more frequently.

I was picking up an order I was delivering via UberEats and I spoke with David. He was very friendly and checked the order to ensure everything was in the bag and then I ordered a couple things for my kids which he got for me quickly, since I was needing to go quickly and deliver the UberEats order. He made the experience easy and enjoyable!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I tried to explain to the manager on duty, Dareon, that the last time I ordered, they put cheese on my burger even though I’m allergic. Instead of apologizing or offering to check my past order, provide a number for customer service, or even showing basic concern, he brushed me off completely. He was rude and made it clear he didn’t care about my situation. If you have a problem with your order and Dareon is the manager on duty, don’t expect any help, he is not management material!!
