I was really looking forward to trying the cinnamon roll donuts, especially since the HOT sign was on and I expected them to be fresh. Unfortunately, when I opened the box I was shocked. The cinnamon rolls were ice cold, hard, and honestly looked very unappetizing. They looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the building or online.
The biggest disappointment was that the “cinnamon roll” barely tasted like cinnamon at all. There was only the faintest hint of it, which made the whole thing feel bland and misleading.
When the HOT sign is on, customers naturally expect warm, fresh donuts. What I received was the complete opposite. If you’re specifically craving the cinnamon roll donut, I would honestly skip it and just get a plain glazed instead. I wish I had. ♀️

I just moved to Florida from north Carolina and I was so excited to find out krispy kreme was in the area I moved to,my husband spent close to 28 dollars on the Harry Potter doughnuts as a surprise being we are both Potter fans. Unfortunately when I got them I was surprised but not in a good way. First off the doughnuts are advertised as being in a beautiful Harry Potter box which ours was not in,instead they were in the basic white box,the magic hat doughnut was advertised with its own cute box which again we didn’t receive. I was upset but brushed it off maybe they were out, when I opened the box I was met with more disappointment the doughnuts looked old and definitely didn’t look like the ones advertised,in fact the gryffindor doughnut was missing the biscoff entirely…this was my first experience at this location in my new state of Florida…I will not be coming back…definitely not what my husband ordered nor was it worth the money he spent.

The staff at The Nine Mile Road Krispy Kreme donuts is great. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive. I’ve always loved Krispy Kreme donuts, but haven’t eaten them for a while now. I’m getting a little older and I’m trying to eat healthier, but I received a $25 Krispy Kreme gift card for Christmas, so my wife and I thought we would put it to good use tonight. The menu says that assorted dozen is $17.49, that’s reasonable. When we went to settle up there was a 20-cent surcharge per donut for specialty Donuts. The menu didn’t say anything about that. I bought a dozen for our family and a dozen for the guys at work. Two dozen donuts came to almost $40, but that’s not the main reason for the two-star review. I’ve always loved the New York style cheesecake and was excited that they brought them back. The ones that I purchased tonight were at least a day old and the Oreo cream one my wife got was the same quality. Maybe they changed the recipe but the topping on the New York style cheesecake was crunchy and I remember it being kind of soft. The other donut I tried seemed old as well. I don’t even really want to try any of the rest of them. I lived downtown for a long time so I was a patron of the 9th Avenue Krispy Kreme for a long time. I remember being able to go in there anytime day or night and get a fresh donut of any style that I liked. I don’t know if I’ll be going back to Krispy Kreme, but if I do it won’t be the Nine Mile store.

The service at Krispy Kreme was outright unacceptable. The staff’s slowness bordered on indifference, as if they had no interest in the business of the customers waiting in line. The delays weren’t just long; they were constant, showing a clear lack of operational competence. Worse still, the staff was not only unfriendly but verged on hostile, creating an atmosphere that was not merely unpleasant but entirely discouraging. They didn’t just fail at customer service—they failed at basic professionalism.

We usually love getting donuts here, especially when they have special events going on. They recently had a super hero themed event and we were so excited to surprise our son with it since he loves Batman and donuts but what we got instead was awful. Batman was no where to be found on our donuts. It’s like they just didn’t feel like doing them that day. Donuts were also old and hard. We got the deal buy a dozen get a dozen glazed for $1. Well glad it was just a dollar because no one cared to eat them. We have Dunkin’ Donuts down the street from us and we don’t go there because KK donuts are always fresh and available (DD are always out of certain donuts) but this last visit was not the case with KK! No, we didn’t go get them in the morning which could’ve been a factor but we also didn’t get them real late, it was at 3 o’clock.

Always out of the speciality/seasonal donuts, yet online ordering never makes mention of this. Met with rude attitude in the drive-thru several different times. This location has developed a reputation for itself and the franchise owners should be ashamed.

Went in on Christmas Eve so my family would have a surprise on Christmas morning. Restaurant was clean, employees were excellent and very kind. They said they had some sort of malfunction with their glazing machine so they were playing catch up. We received fresh donuts and incredible service at this location even though it was the busiest I’ve ever seen them. They handled it very well!

We went through the drive through for the new winter seasonal donuts, after ordering we pulled up to a barely open window and was met with a blank stare. The lady was pretty rude. We asked if we could scan our app, she said “no but give me your number”, as we started to give her our phone number she yelled “hold on” and walked away (with our card). She came back, literally tossed the box of donuts into our car and shut the widow. We checked to see if our order was correct, suprise suprise, it wasn’t. We asked the lady about the missing seasonal donuts and she said “we out”. She didn’t mention that while we ordered, nor did she say anything when we first pulled up to the window. Hands down, the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to.

Their donuts are so good! They have so many options to choose from. The banana pudding one looks tempting and I will try it one day! I especially liked that they give you a free donut to eat while you’re ordering. How cool! It was very clean and staff was friendly.
