Stopped in on the way through from a road trip. Hostess was super friendly & had a table for us immediately. 3 adults, 1 kid. Environment was relaxing & inviting. Our server Brie was awesome. She was friendly & on top of things, making sure we were all happy. The food came out in good time & was delicious.

My sons and I love eating here when we shop in Glenwood. The place has a good vibe. The food is decent and reasonably priced. The staff sings the happy birthday song 🙂 Little kids love it. Adorable! The food arrives super fast. The restaurant is well run and organized. Our waitress Ashley (with the blue hair) was super nice and with a good sense of humor. She has high potential. Second time coming here.
Ordered a kids meal which included Mac and cheese, fries ,corn ,oranges and pineapple juice. My daughter loved it and finished it without complaints 5/5
Ordered Triple dip platter which included Nashville hot chicken strips and southwest egg rolls (2servings) loved the egg rolls but the chicken was not according to my taste. The sauce was kinda burnt. 4/5
Ordered chicken quesadillas and it was good 3/5 there was not much chicken inside it. Felt like cheese quesadillas.
The molten chocolate cake was delicious and we all enjoyed it. 5/5

Just WOW…. hands down the BEST Chili’s we have ever been to ( and we have been to quite a few). Isabel was our amazing server. We didn’t have to wait for anything. Everything we asked for just instantly appeared. She deserves a raise! We shared the sizzling fajitas l, which is a favorite of ours. It was delicious as always. We arrived dieung Happy Hour, so my husband enjoyed two cold beers. After a long day of traveling in heavy rain, Chili’s came through for us.

We stopped going to this chilis in Glenwood Springs, CO due to a bad experience last summer, but today Misty our server who changed our minds for the best experience ever. She was very friendly and welcoming. We sat at the bar area. She remember every detail and was always fast to anticipate our needs. The food came out better than we expected it and Chilli’s should hire more bubbly and positive servers like her. Thank you

We got there and was told a table in the bar was going to be cleaned for us. Once it was a hostess came to the table with another group and scolded us for trying to sit there. Once we were sat somewhere else it was almost 40 minutes till we got food. My food was cold. We accidentally left our food there,(after spending 50 bucks on two people), came back not even 2 minutes later and it had been tossed. Couldn’t serve us promptly but throwing away our food was quite speedy. Usually have had a good experience but after today I probably won’t return.

We had an early lunch today. We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. We have been before and have always enjoyed our food. I had the Three for Me and the food was fresh and delicious. We will return the next time we’re in Glenwood Springs.
