I go to Wendy’s all the time. But I avoid this one and for good reason. Tonight we placed an order through DoorDash and when I got my food it was either the wrong order ( thus the joke of a chicken sandwich) or it was molded. I will go out of my way and go to the one on 59th and bell. I will never eat at this one again. Clearly food safety or quality isn’t something they value. Because it’s an issue EVERYTIME I go to this location.

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. Food is consistently hot and tasty. French fries are never over seasoned. I go through the drive-thru, and it moves at a reasonable rate. Employees are friendly. I absolutely recommend this location.

It’s that scrunched up face manger, she looks as if she’s had quite a hard life and acts like it too. She’s awful. She spreads her misery upon her employees and they are just as unbearable. I just hate mediocre and I get its fast food, but basic service will do. Stop going out of your way to have an attitude. If you hate your job, get a new one. Stop ruining everyone else’s day because you’re miserable. Customer facing jobs are not for you if you can’t provide service. Move around. I’ll save my coins and go elsewhere.

Why do I have to pay extra for a third sauce on a six Item order this is dumb.
The food came out fast….hot, good. But it’s crazy to charge extra on an order that size for a third sauce that is probably under an ounce. I didnt aak for 7.

To start off, we had pulled into Wendy’s for some food assuming that if you order something you would receive what you ordered. But ours came out completely wrong, and then the icing on the cake was when one of the burgers that was not even the right one we ordered, was completely raw and even ice cold to the touch. So when we noticed we called and “Gabriel” the manager was beyond disrespectful, and said he made the meal himself. If ratings could go into the negatives that’s where I’d place it.

I thought I’d take a quick lunch with my family and stop in for something hot at Wendy’s. But it really wasn’t quick this time, but it was piping hot (except the frosty, that was cold ). Very nice and clean facility, and you could see that the employees were respectful especially dealing with the seniors in front of us. I will probably be back next time I’m in phoenix.

Friendly service with speedy preparation. Went over suggested menu items as well as sale items! Try something new in their menu and was happy with the purchase. The ghost ranch sauce is on fire …it has a kick to it but I love spicy! I’m committed to the sauce because of Wendy’s unique creation. The new lemonade choices are sweet and refreshingly yummy I zone out of Arizona once I had a sip of the liquid sugary gold drink of Pineapple Mango …food was at an ok temperature.

12:55pm 6/23/2025 this location is horrible. Food horrible. Manager Andrea HORRIBLE. I feel sorry for her staff and what they have to put up with. Second time I’ve encountered service like this. Will not be returning due to a piece of plastic that was found in my bacon double stack burger. Andrea should not be in customer service if she is not equipped with handling situations regarding plastic in their food.

Kinda disappointed in this location. I ordered the summer strawberry salad with ranch vs vinegrette. My salad had the entire core of the bread of lettuce and she tried to tell me they had a Ceasar ranch. Wait, what?!?! No, it was Cesar dressing. Not what I wanted. So, she gave me a few of their dipping ranch containers. Ugh!

Ordered a baked potato to go and it came with the wrong toppings. I pointed that out to the manager who also took the order and she was clearly very angry. She made a big deal of dropping it in the trash. The better business decision would have been to just add chili and send me on my way. But she chose the more expensive business decision. She replaced it with a new order with the correct toppings but when I got home the lower half of the potato was black and inedible. So I guess that was my punishment for pointing out they wrongly fulfilled my order. I threw their meal away as inedible.
Just took a trip back for breakfast. 9am. Went inside. Large guy looked like he was reading. Another worker said so something about customer waiting but he didn’t move. Waiting to order. No response. The guy just stayed looking completely non interested in serving me. Left without being able to place an order. Place was dead, I was the only one waiting.
