Made an order through the drive thru. Was correct on the screen. When I got up to the window to pay I had to tell them again my order. Once I looked at my receipt they gave me two burgers and 1 drink when I needed 1 burger and two drinks. Had to go inside to get it fixed cause the second window still couldn’t fix it. And then I had to tell them I still needed my burger after they fixed the receipt. Extremely slow and they don’t listen.

Came on 9/14 with my daughter so she could play in the play place. We ordered a happy meal and a chicken sandwich which took 20 minutes to get. Restaurant was not overly busy. I can forgive that. However, this was the chicken sandwich I paid $8 for. What in the holy hell is this? The ice machine was also pouring out water instead of ice. The employees looked like deer in headlights. What a disaster.

My name is Abdullah Cali, and I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your McDonald’s location. On the day of the event, my wife, our 8-month-old daughter, our 2.5-year-old son, and I visited the restaurant and placed our order at the kiosk, selecting table service. Although the restaurant was almost empty, our order did not arrive even after 35 minutes of waiting. When I went to check, the employees told me “just a moment” several times, but the order was never brought to our table.
Later, I noticed a bag sitting on the counter where completed orders are held. The bag had my table number on it, but no order number. Despite my repeated inquiries, no one informed me that this was my order. When I was finally told that the bag belonged to me, I explained that I had been waiting at my table for the delivery service I selected. Unfortunately, the fries in the order were cold, and I politely asked for them to be replaced.
Instead of assisting me, one of the employees acted very rudely, avoided eye contact, and walked away. When I kindly repeated my request, they refused to help, placed the fries back in the bag, and told me to leave. I did not raise my voice, use offensive language, or behave aggressively in any way. I only asked for fresh fries, which was a reasonable request given the delay and mishandling of my order. Despite my calm behavior, the employee immediately called the police, which caused distress to my wife and young children.
My wife suggested I request a refund, so I asked for the payment to be returned. The employees refunded the money very quickly, clearly wanting us to exit the restaurant as fast as possible. As we left, I saw the same employee outside smoking, displaying unprofessional behavior.
I respectfully request that you review the security camera footage and conduct an internal investigation regarding this incident. I expect to be informed of the results. If this matter is not handled appropriately, I may pursue legal action due to the disrespect and emotional distress caused to my family.

10am on a Thursday morning, no people in line, hardly any cars in the parking lot, so I assume my hashbrowns and one sandwich will not take long at all. They had me park in a waiting spot and here I sat for 15 minutes until we called the store to figure out what was up as the other cars that had been pulling up after us were all gone already and now I’m late to work. And already paid so I cannot leave either…. This is not the first time that this has happened here. This is AWFUL service!!!! The slowest ever.

Bog standard McDonald’s; initially good service. The order was not only completely wrong, but we were told the cafe machine hasn’t been cleaned all day.
Absolutely loved that Xaivier (I think?) was willing to brew coffee for us last minute to make our stuff. We just wanted coffee and burgers late at night while my grandmother was passing. We got the burgers where we were going, and only one burger out of 15 burgers had ketchup, onions & pickles. The rest were dry bread meat and cheese. The coffee was ok, but we had to source straws elsewhere.
Entirely unacceptable for a restaurant who’s who whole shtick is supposed to be consistency. Really?

This is the last time I’ll be ordering from this location. we live down the street and have been ordering food from here for the last few months. Each time the food is missing condiments or has no lettuce or tomato. My quarter pounder deluxe has only ketchup and cheese on it.

Should have option to choose zero stars. 10.26.25, At McDonald’s, 907 Second St in Manchester, I ordered breakfast at 10:21 on the App, arrived at 10:28 (after waiting in a line of about 4 cars) at the drive thru speaker & was told to advance to 2nd window with several cars still ahead of me. Arrived at pickup window at 10:35 & was told my order was canceled by the App due to it now being past the breakfast deadline of 10:30. After being told by the manager there was nothing they could do about the App canceling my order & after leaving the drive thru window, I realized I should have asked for a receipt, so I drove back to the drive thru & waited in line again. The same manager refused to give me a receipt for the cancellation & said my refund may take up to 24 hours to post. I then asked the incompetent manager for a written note in case a refund was not received, which she reluctantly gave me. It’s now been 3 days, and still no refund has been issued. The order charge for $19.27 posted on 10/28/25.
On 10/29/25, per my phone call with Patricia at Citizens Bank, a refund was issued to me for $19.27. If I hadn’t called my bank, I would probably still be waiting for the refund.
In my opinion, if a breakfast order is placed & paid for before 10:30, it should be honored/fulfilled, even if the staff doesn’t feel like making it, or they take forever to make it. Management should also be more helpful/competent. I even showed the receipt for my order on the App, that had a timestamp of 10:21, which made no difference to the manager. Very poor customer service here.

McDonald’s has adopted, to treat everyone with dignity, fairness, and respect, always….has been thrown out the drive thru window at this location.

Literally ordered 2 QPWC, one of the most common things to order. Brought it home for me and the gf. Burger and bun that was it. Nothing else. For 22 bucks least you can do is get the order right.

We went at 8 on a Saturday morning, hoping to just grab some quick pancakes and get on the road. We sat at the ordering window for 5 minutes before shouting hello, and even then it took another few minutes to have someone take our order. The boy who took it assumed we wanted the big meal which we didn’t ask for, trying to force a $5 up charge on us. After we ordered we had to wait another 10 minutes where we saw 2 other cars order and leave in that time. Also, when we finally got a chance to look at the food we realized they gave us a steak instead of sausages. How someone can do so poorly at something so basic I will never know. Bad service, and no acknowledgment of their errors. 0/10

The employees of this location must not know the definition of the word “plain”. Every time I order I make sure to say plain because I am allergic to eggs and therefore cannot eat mayo yet 9/10 times they don’t listen and still put mayo on everything. Thankfully it isn’t a severe allergy or this location would’ve put me in the hospital by now. Also the nuggets always taste burnt.
