One time I had my window rolled down and could hear the woman taking the order of the man in front of me and she was very bubbly and quick to take their order. Then for me, she gave the standard greeting, I responded and she said it would be a min and one car had gotten their food and left (5minutes because they had already been waiting for a little while)by the time she came back to take my order. Then was very short, had me repeat myself several times, stopped again mid order to do something else and come back a few minutes later. I ordered a chimichanga meal, lemonade, and tater tots. The only special thing to the order was just the sour cream on the side. There was more unnecessary wait times after this for the same order but I think we can all agree I’ve gone on long enough.
Love the bacon burrito and the taco salad, delish!

I keep trying, the end result keeps getting worse. 🙁
Just disappointed and venting. Posted this on Victorico’s page a few minutes ago.
I did that, unfortunately this may have been my last visit. I sent my grandson for dinner, I had an easy straightforward request. I wanted 2 crunchy ground beef tacos and a ground beef burrito with beans and no sour cream or guacamole. By the receipt and the pictures you can see that’s not even close to what I got.
You used to have the BEST tostadas then all of a sudden, discontinued. So I thought if I ordered the burrito, I could deconstruct it and make my own.
He was told they couldn’t make what I asked for because, according to them, the ground beef burrito is now also discontinued, although it is plainly there, on the new menu that was updated less than a day ago. As you can see on the receipt what they sent me was a joke!
You post a sign in your window about raising your prices and how sorry you are, Yada Yada Yada. The taco I got didn’t even have half the meat, lettuce and cheese it used to, yet it now cost me $4.99. I paid almost $40 for what you see on that receipt.
I used to rave about you, I doubt I’ll even give you a 2nd thought after this BS.
Done.
Today it is a 1 star review.
It has been awhile since I have been in, but there are only 4 or 5 things on the menu I always order, and 1 that used to be on the menu, but when Vicotricos took over Muchas Gracias, that changed. I was able to continue ordering a tostado though.
I ordered the tostado and 2 crunchy beef tacos. The young lady taking my order said they don’t have tostadas and I said I used to be able to order them. Another woman, who apparently didn’t think this young lady was capable of answering my question broke in rudely and informed me that they no longer have tostadas, they are making changes and that was one of them.
If I were ranking this on the ability of the young woman taking my order at the drive- thru, she would get a 5 star review.
But based on the other woman’s rudeness and total lack of understanding what customer service means along with the gross price change and decline of food service, I will also be making changes and I will never go back there again.
Even though the prices were raised astronomically, if you look at the picture of the menu that I found online, the tacos LOOK like what tacos should. The picture of what I got references tacos that were not even half full with all of the ingredients. There was hardly any cheese, the meat did not taste seasoned at all, it was bland. And yet, for over a 33% price increase, this is what I got.
Please don’t blame these issues on Covid and the pandemic. Covid didn’t cause you to over-price and under serve you food anymore than it caused the woman who butted in to be rude and lacking of any positive customer service at all.
A smile is free lady, you should look into the price of that!

So it is apparent, the food just keeps going downhill. Muchos made the best breakfast burritos. Victoricos – not even close. I ordered the breakfast bacon burrito with tots instead of the gross shoestring potatoes they use. Got charged extra for the tots, got a dry potato burrito with no cheese and the first few bites in, it became clear there wasn’t much bacon either. Taking it back in the morning for a refund. No surprise I even try to eat there rarely anymore. A new paint job on the building doesn’t help the business from going downhill because of crap food. SO DISAPPOINTED on every level right now.
