38 minutes for 7 cars in drive thru. They said their printer was down and ended up asking for your items again at the 2nd window. And then going to get 1 by 1 slowly. The pepper snacking bacon would have been great by literally just one slice had any of the flavor on it. But any bacon is always good.

I’m honestly confused how a donut shop is constantly out of donuts. I’ve stopped by multiple times and they rarely have much available. The donuts I have tried were decent, but between the constant shortages and the customer service, it makes it hard to want to come back. Hopefully they improve both the supply and the overall customer experience.

But this will be a review that needs to be known. Eats and every time we do a internet order.The store is always out of the items that we want to purchase. In my professional opinion, this should not happen . You’re on a main drag in a Middleburg. Florida, you need to make sure that you have the appropriate amount of items that are available period if you are going to run out of items it needs to be listed on the online app. That way, people don’t waste their time paying for an item. And then going to the window and it’s not available. This is not the first time this has happened to us period the customer service is perfect. The atmosphere is awesome.Overall rating.You want to get one star from me.

Sometimes the donuts are good other times not so much regardless of the time a day.
I prefer Love Donuts & Smoothie right down the street. Their donuts are a lot better and always fresh.

I had a 3 star review. But I had to change it to a 5 star review. As long as Nalanie, Bree or Ricardo are working I know I will get my croissant sandwich. They always make sure I get my lunch on the proper bread. These guys redeemed the store for me. Awesome service. Thank you

Chocolate flavored water. My mom was getting breakfast at this location so I had her pick me up a hot chocolate today. It’s horrible. It tastes like water with some chocolate flavoring in it. Not like your typical creamy Dunkin hot chocolate. Disappointed because I normally choose Dunkin over Starbucks for this same reason…I definitely just had a decent cup 3 other times recently at different locations so I know it isn’t me!

Wish I could give 0 stars! Clear your day schedule if you plan on going through drive thru! Slow, slow, slow. Unbelievably slow. Some days they decide to take payment at the 1st window, some days they take it at the 2nd window but you’ll never be able to guess because there’s never anyone at either window and of course there’s no sign so you’re left guessing which window and when you finally pull up the the 2nd window no one is there. No one ever came to the window! After waiting 30 min we leave empty handed. Worst Dunkin we’ve ever been to. Won’t be back. Very unorganized

Every time I go there they are out of donuts and munchkins. Specially when I order online and chose what kind of donut to add they add thier choice and handing me telling me we were out so we add different one. Why not asking me first ? I love when seeing young kids work but can they be trained well enough? ♀️

So we stopped in before my daughter softball game and ordered some stuff. Beyond mad paid 4.00 for 2 1/2 piece of bacon and the loaded hash browns are a joke literally dime size squirt of cheese and 1 piece of bacon tore into 4 small pieces. Won’t be returning to this dunkin. I’ll keep going to Clay Hill. Now the people was very nice.

burnt, couldn’t be folded the point that the egg was just tossed in the bag. I pass 2 other Dunkin locations on my commute and the local donut place. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.
