I have never had an experience like I had today at chipotle. First off, the employees did not make my friend or I feel welcome. They looked like they did not want to be there. Everytime I asked for a topping of my bowl, they added the smallest amount known to man. I had to keep asking for a little bit more because usually when I go they always give me a decent amount. And when I would ask the lady had a face of annoyance. I got a chicken bowl and it should have been around $10-11 I guess but I payed FIFTEEN dollars. I was so confused as to why I had to pay so much for a chicken bowl. When I checked my receipt, it read that I asked for extra chicken. I was outraged because the first amount that was put on my bowl was like I said earlier, the smallest amount of chicken I have ever seen added to a bowl. Which is why I asked for more chicken. As for my friend, he asked for a burrito and they (I kid you not) ROLLED IT INTO A BALL ! Just look at the images I attach. It looks like a baseball.

This was my first time eating at this Chipotle and only my 2nd time ever eating Chipotle. My 1st time was in Newnan GA and it was so good that I just had to go again. That’s how I landed at this Chipotle in Columbus. The food is amazingly good!! I get the bowl with white rice (Newnan’s was better) half chicken half softrito… it was very good. I can’t wait until I can go back

Did an online order Saturday November 1st 2025. I ordered a family meal and put a pickup time of 12 noon.
As I arrived at 12 with my 4 year old daughter, I went to the pickup rack and didn’t see my order and decided to wait a bit as I noticed the to go lady was extremely busy. After about 10 mins of waiting I asked to manager if she could check on my order and she said the to go lady is working on it and would have it out shorty. The manager didn’t even check for my order she was just assuming it would be up shortly. Me and my daughter waiting a bit longer as I was also assuming they were just busy and overwhelmed with lunch orders. I kept checking the to go rack about every 5 mins.
The time is now 12:40 and I was thinking there is no way it should take this long to make this order after seeing people come and go I decided to ask the girl at the register about my order and she also said the to go lady is working on it. About this time I noticed 2 bags on a rack above the head of the to go lady, not on the to go rack of course. I asked the register lady to check to see if they had my name on it. And of course both bags had my name on it and had been sitting there the entire time. Those 2 bags of food was sitting above the to go lady’s head the entire time. I noticed the bags up there when I came in. The manger never even asked the girl she just assumed she was working on it. We sat there the whole time with the food just sitting there and wasting my time. First off why wasn’t the food on the to go rack? Second why is it so had for the manager to manager the store. Me having to sit there for that amount of time for my food that is already ready is ridiculous. The whole meal should have been free. I just paid over $60 for a meal that I have a bad personal experience. Don’t be nice and assuming they know what they’re done. Be a you know what and make sure you get your food.

Came in just to pick up a DoorDash, there are no customers here and have I yet to get the food.15- 20 mins now. Also there are no Shias frescas. I would have bought one but as long as they are taking I changed my mind. Idk if they are still trying to catch the chicken or cow but wow it’s taking long for a small order.

The staff working this Chipotle are fine. The logistics are absolutely trash here though. Every single time I come to this Chipotle I leave because they are missing one or two ingredients from the line. How are you always out of these ingredients?! It’s insane. Every time. They don’t have a drive through so it’s not like they have that extra leg of orders they need to burn ingredients through. Either someone on staff is eating all the shredded cheese or management sucks at planning their supplies.
