I recently visited the restaurant with my kiddos and all I can say is we all left happy and full. We were able to have a great time and the staff was super friendly! Shout out to the manager Antwon Tompkins. He stepped out to make sure every guest was satisfied or needed any assistance. They were sooo nice to my kids and kept there plates full until their bellies were full. The food fresh and I’m definitely going back for another family outing soon!

It has been over two years since I ate at Red Robin because of a bad service & food during COVID. My wife and I decided to give them another try. We were highly impressed with everything. The service was great. The food tasted great. I even ordered another order of the endless fries to see how fast they would be served. Two years ago they took forever . Well, that is not the case now. They were very fast serving those fries. We were very impressed. We will definitely be going back. I am glad we gave them another try after two years. Red Robin is under new management now and you can tell. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try. They have improved tremendously!!

We had an amazing experience! Our waitress Kylie was so kind, we enjoyed talking with her! She was great all around! The food was delicious! Highly recommend the garlic fries! They are a new favorite! Also the strawberry and raspberry lemonades were incredible, fresh fruit in them made it perfect!

It’s Sunday Feb 16, 2026 at 11:15AM. Actually sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out what just happened?!?!?… I myself, my spouse, and elderly mother who needs the assistance of a walker entered the front door and this is what happened…. (mind you only 4 cars in the lot and only 3 tables seated inside the restaurant). A young man was standing at the host stand and immediately says “sorry we are not seating anyone right now because our kitchen is slow”. I say “is there a way we could be seated and at least get a drink”. He answers “no, there isn’t, our kitchen is slow” ….. can someone please make this make sense?!.?!.!?…. No more chances for you, Edwardsville Red Robin!

Service great facility and atmosphere was gross. Heath department needs to go in and check the place out for sure. Ants crawling on the table and walls. Disgusting. Walls gross, bathrooms disgusting, window seals never been cleaned. Manager probably should do something about it.

We were seated immediately by a pleasant greeter. Service by Asia came quickly and was very friendly. Food was quick, and drinks were refilled as needed with little wait. Everything was delicious. We paid with the kiosk so we could leave whenever we were ready. It was a good meal. We will return.

Havn’t been here in awhile due to the previous experience being terrible. Tried it again against my better judgement. Took 1.5 hours for a wrap w a salad. Burger and fries and kids burger and fries… that is serious ridiculous compared to a place like Culver’s (better food). Wife’s wrap was the completely wrong wrap. Mine and my son’s fries were cold. None of the sauces we ordered came out with our order. Poor server felt terrible and it clearly wasn’t her fault seeing as she apologized over and over. Will not be coming here again. 1.5 hrs for basic food is insane. Other establishments are way better for burgers and fries. Id say its good because they serve alcohol. But even that was mediocre at best. Id imagine this location will close soon enough. Not a single update has ever been done and bathrooms are gross.

The burgers were decent and the menu has some fun, unique options, but overall this felt overpriced for the quality. The garlic fries were soggy and completely overwhelmed with gobs of minced garlic to the point of being inedible. Thankfully the bottomless sides allowed us to swap for regular fries, which were okay.
The broccoli was also disappointing — what was ordered as steamed came out heavily coated in parmesan powder. Overall, execution on the sides was poor, and for the price, the experience wasn’t worth a return visit.
