People really have to understand that this is practically the MOST BUSIEST McDonald’s in the area, an alternative is the one on 13th st but that could be too far for some people. So YES it’s going to have a long wait at the Lunch and Dinner times, thats normal in any fast food place. And that’s because they make the food FRESH. And if you have a slight issue with your order or food the staff WILL help you right away and offer solutions / refund. There is not a lot of staff for service, you want “better” or “quicker” service then Apply for a Job there. As a local, I know all staff are POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. I see most issues here in the reviews are about night, night could be different because of the staff, but just give them a chance. It’s very busy all the time. Remember, if you have an issue, CONTACT them, they will find a solution for you right away. Don’t give up, it’s not that serious. Anyways, I love this McDonald’s, come here and get your food nice and fresh. My kids love it here too.

Waited inside for 15 minutes for a black iced coffee that was never made. Then tried my luck with the drive thru which was a bad idea. How hard is it to make a black iced coffee. The blind leading the blind. Nobody cares. They just stand around and ignore you. It takes 20 seconds to pour an iced coffee and they couldn’t care less garbage employees and service. Never got my money back and it’s not worth even trying. If you can’t make a black coffee in 15 minutes then chances are you can’t open a cash register for a refund. Total incompetence and apathy.

I’m a local resident and it took me a minute to finally make a review I about had enough of this place with their orders being wrong I just went again this morning, January 24 of 2026 and I thought everything was OK after I checked all the bags, but guess what? Wrong again!!!! The overnight workers are disrespectful and we’re taking their sweet time to make one order. When asked for better communication and the team member just shrugs it off. The manager Philip didn’t apologize for the wait either.

25 minutes, spent waiting in the drive-through after checking in a mobile order. General manager, Philip, could be seen and heard laughing about customer complaints. Customers previously complained to a team member about the wait time And lack of communication from McDonald’s Employees. When handed my order by the general manager, no explanation was provided as to why the wait time was so long and no apologies were given. The team member mentioned making everything fresh, but I don’t think 25 minutes in the drive thru fresh!

I try my best not to eat at this McDonald’s. But every time I try to give them another shot, I’m disappointed. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe through uber eats and of when i open it of course there’s something wrong again. It didn’t look chunky like a double quarter pounder with cheese looks normally. I said to myself, oh, they gave me just a quarter pounder and not a double. But as I looked at it closer, they gave me 2 Big Mac thin burgers. I’m upset because that meal is expensive and I just got bamboozled again. By far the most inconsistent mcdonald’s, i’ve ever ordered from.

I can’t believe what is so difficult to make an order without pickles. I made sure it was on the receipt and I ask in both windows and still they added it. Also they said the soda fountain was not working I ordered what she told me coke. When picking up my order I asked again no pickles right? The other one said yes and I saw her pouring Coke without ice . I was well the one taking the order told me so. Of course here you always have to ask for napkins and ketchup. Still they gave me the order with pickles and charge me for the warm soda . Not recommended
