I recently visited Mooyah and was really impressed! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The buns were fresh, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. Pretty pissed. I went to pick up my order and the guy said someone else already came to get my meal. Which was weird.
After showing him the slip and that I ordered this he said he would remake it .
It got remade and I really don’t even want to eat this. For one they cared less and I mean less about being sanitary with my food.
I watched the guy rush my fries and then pick them out with his hands then when they got hot rub his vest without changing his gloves .
The other guy would come over here and there to help while cleaning the floors with no gloves .
Then my favorite . My burger .
They messed it up twice .
It was missing the onion strings and the bacon . The guy also used a paper box thing. The red and white box my fries were probably suppose to be in to pick up my burger because he didn’t want to get a spatula.
I don’t even know if this is edible but he went in the back in some container and placed it on my burger without heating them up or anything and then the onion strings just arnt here.
I’m typing this in the parking lot . Like I haven’t even left . This was terrible service. If you felt you didn’t want to make my order he should have said that . I feel his fustration on giving someone the wrong order was taken out on my food especially because it was the last order and the other person “Jade” didn’t get there order .
Loyal customer since Mooyah in downtown Boston was around . Will never go to Mansfield again unless staff changes . I was kind and patience i didn’t even get an apology it felt like it was my fault lol

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The staff (manager?) was so nice, so accommodating of my need to be gluten free and of a separate food allergy. They assured me that I would both enjoy my food and be safe. They were right!
My cheeseburger was truly delicious, but the GF bun failed to hold together. Next time, I would just get a lettuce bun, which they offer as a menu option. The fries were REALLY good; freshly cut and fried, not soggy and tasted like actual potatoes.
Restaurant and bathroom were very clean. Service was excellent. Parking is available, but could be a bit of an issue for people with mobility challenges if it’s crowded.
Would definitely return.

This place is absolutely awesome! Food is so good! If you get the meal and milkshake upgrade it can get expensive with a family but I think the quality and experience met the price level. We had the pleasure of being served by one of the owners and I can say this gentleman was a breath of fresh air with his wit, patience, and helpfulness. I wish this establishment continued success. I love to see owners working along with the regular crew and getting their hands dirty as well.

You order a burger and throw a hot dog in for kicks and end up realizing how much you like hot dogs. Really good burger. Great options for all diets and taste. Fries were hand cut, and the milk shake flavors were tempting, but we passed this time.

The burger was absolutely delicious, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the shake was incredible. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The store was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing place. Went in on Saturday night and it was super busy. Staff greeted me quickly and helped my family of 7 order within 2 min. Got our food 8 min after that! Which is great when you have hungry kids!They have great choices for kids, and non beef eaters. Our order – well D onion, Mooyah cheese burger with sweet potato fries, 1/2 pound Build your own burger, kids got chicken tenders and fries. We also shared the queso fries which has to be my favorite. 10/10 highly recommend. Prices were up there but it was all worth it everyone was happy. Came back Sunday lunch and got milkshakes and fries I got the same great customer service and food!
