The Habit is a great burger spot. The food tasty. The location is super convenient, right off 355 & near I-270 exit with plenty of easy parking. What really stood out to me was the friendly staff and the self-serve toppings bar with pickled jalapenos and banana peppers (nice touch)

The fast food industry is very difficult. I came in while the young but very commendable manager, Jocelyn, was dealing very professionally, calmly and respectfully with a very irate and impatient customer. As I waited to place my order, even I was tempted to confront the customer. But Jocelyn, who has the wisdom and expertise that go far beyond her years, handled it all so well. I had to commend her while I was there. But more importantly, corporate, please note – you did very well with the placement of Jocelyn as manager. She is well equipped and reflects well on your business. I hope you realize this and that you reward her as a result. Bravo Jocelyn. I am so proud of you.

Dined here on the 1st of March. Honestly was super disappointed. To be paying $17-20 dollars for a burger, fries, and drink is outrageous enough. Yet for it to not be a quality burger on top of that is crazy. The burger is essentially a dupe for a Burger King burger. Mushy, soggy, with an untoasted bun. The restaurant itself looks nice inside and the food is made out quickly. Is convenience more important than quality for this establishment?
Definitely won’t be going back to the habit. Next time I want to pay 20 dollars for a burger combo meal I’ll go to five guys!!! Now that’s a quality burger.

Hard pass… underwhelming.
1st time at a Habit. Store was spotless clean, staff greeted me, and location decorated nicely. None of our burgers had even a HINT lf char taste for the “char burger”. Burger was small as heck, toppings no taste, bottom of bun COLD soggy and flat. Fries BLANDDDD and no season at all?? As in none. The entire meal was void of taste…
I ordered a double char but instead of saving even $1 and converting the soda to a milkshake (we pay difference she HAD to ring up all seperately??). Most places allow you to up a combo for milk shake and still aave a $1 or 2….not here tho.
Only great thing was milkeshakes were super thick and good!
Over priced compared to competition. I wish we would be return customers… i wont name competition but id go elsewhere.
Oh and the Manager (Weltzy?? I think her tag read and had pink hair highlights) Was really nice and non stop busy. Working the back, greeting people, picking up trash, and even took our trash from table! She was 5 stars.

My husband and I love visiting Habit Burger Grill in Gaithersburg, Maryland! As pescatarians, we always go for the Ahi Tuna Filet sandwich and Roasted Cauliflower with garlic aioli — both are always fresh and flavorful. We also recommend the Strawberry Limeade craft juice, which is a refreshing choice with any meal, not too sugary and perfectly light.
The restaurant is always spotless, including the restrooms, which are maintained to the highest standards. The atmosphere is lively, and we often see families, couples, and friends enjoying their meals together.
It was wonderful to overhear a patron behind us say, “The burgers are amazing,” especially seeing that my husband and I are pescatarian. It shows the range of great options here for all kinds of diners.
Donna, the manager, runs a smooth operation. We overheard her thanking her staff with, “Thank you guys for today. You did an awesome job,” which is a reflection of the positive and efficient service.

Decent burger mini-chain. This location is set close to Frederick Avenue in the strip shopping center and has indoor and outdoor seating. I had the Santa Barbara burger and tempura green beans. Both were pretty greasy. Place was pretty clean for a burger joint and staff seemed to have good attitudes.

Food here never disappoints! I’ve been here many times always consistent! Burger juicy and fries are the best! Ranch is one of the best so make sure to ask.
Update: tried the new crispy chicken sandwich and it’s pretty delicious and flavorful. It’s worth a try for 9.99.

Good burgers with pretty good prices. The burgers here are called Charburgers and are my go to option but their chicken sandwich isn’t bad either. Be sure to grab a side of the tempura green beans.

First thing to notice is the place is clean, clean, clean. There are burger & salad options and they are delightfully presented as the original fast food restaurant owners must have dreamt about. Order at the counter the way you like, get your buzzer and wait. Fill up the paper cup with a drink and get served your meal on a plastic tray. If you want fast service with no frills and a filling decent meal, try this upscale fast service restaurant….and there are still people at the counter to help you not the way the others are going where you have to play the cashier and push in your own order.
