Amazing food! Our first time and it was so good. The staff were friendly and patient as well, and though there was a line it moved quickly! I have quite a few dietary restrictions and I was able to get a ton on my bow. Highly recommend, and will be back.

I was VERY disappointed in this location. I went in there around 3 pm on a Sunday and they were out of quite a few items – steak, kalamata olives, some of the dressings. We had to wait for the Hairssa chicken, a lot of the tables were dirty and trash was overflowing. Not cool.

My experience in this place was amazing! My friend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, but were overwhelmed by the amount of choices in front of us. Fortunately, Both Jaya’s were ready to help and gave us their recommendations on what to pick and choose. They were both very sweet and patient as we took our time picking out what we like to eat. Thank you Jaya’s for making our first experience here at CAVA wonderful!

We’ve been here dozens of times over the years. Kids and adults absolutely love the food and house made drinks. We also really like ordering ahead on the app. When my 7yo and I were racing home from the airport to see the northern lights in November he smartly remembered that the app was the best way for us to get a healthy dinner while adding less than a minute to our trip home! PS highly recommend the braised lamb – worth the upcharge

Literally the best, quick, nutritious food in Boulder. As we drove there my thought was “why go anywhere else when there is cava in town”. All the staff was so friendly, even if it’s busy they always are so delightful. Shout out to Samuel, Leah, Rohit— awesome staff last Thursday when we went.
