I had an absolutely fabulous time! I had a slice of chocolate moose pie that was out of this world! I am so picky about little diner establishments and their “pie”, but I know that anytime I drive past a Huddle House from here on out… I’m likely to have to stop and get pie. I’m serious… Oreo cookie crumbs, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzled buy a very handsome cook behind the counter who was reluctant to give me his number, but nonetheless gave me a delicious slice of pie. Highly recommend! I’m going to marry the cook… just you wait and see.

I had an amazing experience at Huddle House thanks to the manager, Kristi! She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my team. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. It was a to go order but she personally, made sure our food was exactly how we ordered it, and created such a positive, friendly atmosphere.
It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in both the customers and her team. Kristi’s leadership clearly shows in the service and overall experience. Because of her, my team will definitely be coming back. Huddle House is lucky to have her!

This place is the worst. My family and I were in town for a reunion and decided to have breakfast here. For starters we waited over 10 mins to get menus and water. The server came and plopped down at our table to take the order. She put the order in and brought us a check immediately. It took an additional 20 mins to get a smash burger platter, a MVP meal and a waffle platter w/side of fruit. The food we received was not worth eating. The burger had old tomatoes and lettuce we asked for the sauce on the side they just slapped it on the plate. The waffle was so hard it could be used as a weapon, I received no eggs and the I inquired about them the cook looked lost. The MVP meal was cold and missing the grits and pancakes. The cook proceeded to bring eggs that were supposed to be part of the waffle platter, when I declined them he said he was trying to be nice ( for bringing food I ordered ) when I decided I’d had enough the server was no where to be found , she didn’t check for order accuracy she didn’t care. When I asked for the manager she ran in the bathroom. After several mins she came from the bathroom but still would not address me directly. She instead surveyed the plates left on the table to see what she could charge me for. Originally the water I ordered was free but after I had an issue the water was then 1.39
This place is diabolical the service is complete trash. The cooks are illiterate and I will NEVER in my natural life step foot in this place again. Corporate will be called: Called the corporate office and when I told the rep that answered the call the reason why I was calling she laughed. I guess customer service is an acquired skill that the staff and corporate members of the Huddle House have not acquired as of yet. It’s just sad !

Worst place to eat breakfast for us on our USA road trip, breakfast wasn’t very nice, staff had no enthusiasm, wait about 10 minutes for a menu, place was dirty but the toilet smells nice

This was our first visit to a Huddle House and it did not disappoint! I got the Southwest bowl, without the sauce, too spicy for me. And my husband got the MVP. We were both pleased with our food! We’ll definitely be back!

I tipped my waitress, albeit , she did not earn it in my humble opinion waited for twenty minutes before they managed to get coffee and such to the table with no such lunch,evening, nor midnight chow rush crowd to be seen as an excuse. I’m pretty sure all the employees were smoking at the same time but I can’t check tape to be certain. The chef did well,honestly. Probably their only saving grace. Two stars, one for him and then one for the effort I guess.

The best. Phenomenal service and good food! We felt incredibly welcome and if we’re through this way again, we will stop! It would not allow me to add a photo of the staff. They posed for a pic! Iesha was the cook. It should be noted, that this is our first time at a Huddle House. It seems similar to a Waffle House as far as setup.

We waited 40 minutes for our food and got charged 2.89 for a small spoon of chili to go on my hash browns. We asked the waitress how was she doing and she said not good. Not a thing to say to a customer.

Me and my partner came in to grab a quick lunch after being on the road, and we order our food and are told that multiple things are not available and the employees kept coming back and telling us and telling us to substitute our orders and on top of that, it took 40 minutes for our food to get delivered to us and by then our drinks were Watered down. The waitresses were not helpful and by the time my food was delivered, the chicken was nothing but fat and no meat of any kind and hashbrowns tasted overcooked. two years ago when I came here it had excellent service, but this place is truly gone downhill and does not worth anyone’s time and I do not recommend anyone coming to this place if they do not want to wait at least an hour for food and get told multiple items are not available. I will not be coming to this place again. This is the most disgusting restaurant ever.

After waiting 10-15 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us… Start to realize no one has food .
It took us over an hour to get the food to our table from the time we ordered it. But oh wait, there’s more … They ended serving one of our dishes to a whole other table so again we wait.
It wasn’t the cleanest atmosphere.
There was even a customer that came in to return food that was “undercooked” and ended up leaving because of the wait.
The food was okay, once it came out.
But we will not be going back.
