I came in after a hard day of work and order my favorite meal. I figured because I was the only one in the restaurant I should get my food pretty accurate and pretty fast. Well I was wrong. The people were on their phones and not paying attention. They made my order wrong. She tried to make the onions to add to my order but because she was too busy on her phone she burnt the onions. She realized it but she still tried to bring them to me and act like nothing was wrong. When I told her that the onions were burnt she asked if she would make some more onions. By the time she brought the first onions my rest of my whole entire food was already cold because I had ordered a breakfast bowl. Now she wants to cook a whole another order of onions and bring them to put on top of my bowl that was supposed to have onions mixed in already. The server had already admitted that she forgot to tell the lady that it was supposed to have onions in the first place. I asked him if they could at this point remake the breakfast bowl because everything else was cold. They immediately got mad and said that it would mess up their food cost. I asked him if they was anyway that they could remake the food with the onions the correct way they refused and got mad about it started getting angry saying they had too much food cost for the day. She tried to tell me the onions were not burnt when they were. They were black and she had to scrape them from the spatula. They even smelt burnt and I didn’t want to mix them in with the food that was already sitting there cold then when I try to explain the situation and let them know that I work in food service too and I understand food cost but at this point my entire meal was cold and my restaurant we were definitely have remade the order for the customer especially if it was the fault of the employee

We last visited here 4 years ago it was a horrible visit then. Now, this place is amazing. Josh, Td, Wendy, and Emily were absolutely amazing to watch in action and worked so smoothly together that none of them had skipped a beat. We were also amazed by the building full of many different nationalities. WE WILL BE BACK SOON! maybe this should be your training opening team.
Jan 20th, 2024: Josh, the one man machine, did his thing as usual, and Wendy gave us over the top table service. Everything was great, and our glasses never went empty.
The right crew can make a world of a difference for a business. I believe from our visits and seeing for ourselves this WAFFLE HOUSE has figured it out. congratulations on such great hires.
JUNE-23-2024: OMG, horrible experience! We walked in and asked how are y’all doing, but we didn’t get a response from anyone no hello welcome WAFFEL HOUSE or nothing, I dont even think they even looked up. We sat down and waited for a few. Still, nothing the vibe from your employees was off, so we took our business elsewhere. I guess this is not a good place to eat at night unless Josh and A team are there.
July 29th, 2024: pulled up, saw some new face, got out the car, walked in to see if Josh was on the grill, but he wasn’t, but we thought i give the new faces a shot.
Walked back to the car to get my family, we came in looked for a clean booth or table, sadly the only clean booth was by the rest rooms so we sat down, no welcome to WAFFLE HOUSE or nothing, sat there a few minutes still not a peep, they didn’t acknowledged us in any way and sure didn’t try to take our order. This was the #1 WAFFLE HOUSE in the area! this was our last visit to any WAFFLE HOUSE around here. Maybe we’ll try again in a year or so.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING AT THIS LOCATION!

Stopped here after a work related meeting. Hadn’t had a full meal all day up until then. I got the steak and eggs with hash browns and it hit the spot. Everything was great and everyone was friendly. Real good experience!

Great Food. Great Staff. Great Prices. Just remember it cost more when you go there and get take out. I don’t think they should make you pay 6 to $8 extra just to carry something out.

The cup they gave me with my water in it yesterday was dirty. It has coke residue on it from whoever previously had that cup. The women’s bathroom was disgusting. The food was okay but not the best waffle house experience I have had. Possibly the district manager should go in this location. The server never smiled, she just looked like she hated her job.

My 5yr old and I went in for lunch. The staff was very friendly and pretty entertained by my 5yr old. They checked on us often and made light conversation with us. They were friendly and service was quick.

Employees are so rude here. And the ones who have worked here longer are the worst. I get the exact same thing every single time and they claim to know what that is but they still have never got it right. Waffles are always over cooked, only about 10 chocolate chips on a chocolate chip waffle when I ask for them to be sprinkled all over each waffle. They never give me butter and even fho I tell them I won’t need any syrup they still give me some that leaks all over the bag and everything in jt every single time. Sure wish there was some other choice for late night food

We were seated soon as we walked in and service was great!! Our waitress Asia was excellent!!! Kudos to the whole staff and Tommy made our waffles to perfection. Not sure of the manager name but he walked the lobby and checked in on our guests we visited on 8/4 about 11a.m. Good service my porkchops was delish!!!
