I ordered just a burger. There was plenty of seating. The tables were pretty clean. I got my food fairly quickly. It was just as I ordered. It was hot and juicy. Great burger. The food is a little pricey. I don’t eat out much, so it was a treat. Thanks.

Spent almost $5 for something like 12 fries total, burned one bun, the other bun was stale and falling apart. For being as pricey as it is, this was horrible quality. Didn’t wait until I got there to start my fries either, I thought that was policy.

I like the location of this Five Guys; easy access and good parking. They’ve upgraded to a much newer and better fountain drink machine, with 100 varieties of soda available (I wish the Gunbarrell location would get these). They weren’t busy, but the kitchen staff appeared pretty unorganized. It didn’t really affect us, other than it was noticeable. Generally cleaning was very good, but the restroom was not. Food was good, but we expected that. I would have loved to have given this location a five star review, but I can’t rightfully do that. They could use a few improvements. We didn’t enjoy our meal. The burgers here are great. Their fries could be great, but were definitely not on this visit. And since when is it ok to bring dogs into a restaurant that are clearly not service animals? Three people each carried in a dog, ordered at the counter with them in their arms, and sat down and ate with them. We asked one of the employees if that was allowed and he said he didn’t think so, yet there they were. It’s disgusting. We won’t be back.

I have a service dog and the outdoor seating eating area was great. First time there, I would definitely recommend this place. The food was delicious and the French fries were off the charts.

I guess the people who work here either can’t count or can’t read. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with 3 pattys and was charged almost 4 dollars for one extra patty but guess what wasn’t on my burger. The extra patty. Definitely do not eat here if you expect to get what you order. If I wanted a surprise burger I would have went to McDonalds. DO BETTER! It’s fast food. It’s not that hard. They weren’t even busy.

One of my favorite burgers, and I’m not a huge burger person. On the pricier side but worth it, they also have a posting on the wall of where and what farm the potatoes came from!
