this was a great overall experience from the beginning until the end. i visited right before they changed from breakfast to lunch and ordered lunch. i was told there would be a small wait and i agreed. i pulled up to the cashier and they had my food hot and ready without a wait! that was great. they provided sauce and quick service with positive customer service. i would happily return if given the chance to this location.

Not sure what happened to them after the remodel but it was pathetic the effort they put into our order. I know they couldnt care less but ill never go back. I never really saw what others saw in that place and when they prepared our food the way they did you can have them.

The employees at this location are the most confused I’ve ever seen. There were plenty of employees to put together the orders but they all acted like it was day 1 on the job and got all the orders mixed up. The order in front of me got messed up too where half the order was missing.
Word of advice to management – you need to rethink workflow design and employee training at this location. For a fast food restaurant, the experience was anything but accurate and fast.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. If this was my first time going to Chick-fil-A I would never go back. Took around 13 mins to get our food. The food was bland. I feel full but I feel like I ate tasteless bread. I’m shook. Wish I went to Taco Bell next door lol. Also the parking lot is a joke there are not enough spaces to park.

Absolutely incompetent kitchen staff, how do you screw up both sandwiches and who in the right mind just throws muffins on top of the biscuit. Ordered two sandwiches to go: one chicken egg and cheese biscuit and other chicken egg and cheese muffin and both got screwed up. The chicken egg and cheese muffin didn’t even come with the egg. Pictures say it all.

I really disappointed today when I went there and ordered two sandwiches, one deluxe and the one grilled chicken plane, when I got the order I really surprised the deluxe sandwich is cold and the bone is saggy, and the grilled chicken sandwich is not cooked as supposed to be also the bone is saggy , both sandwiches are very bad taste and I don’t know if the store manager checked these sandwiches before the server brought to me , even I through most of the sandwiches , this yorba Linda branch stats get worse, by the way my order number is8105012 on December/1/25at 4:49 pm
