The cashier at the first window during the morning shift is never friendly, always grumpy. He never says hello, or thank you. Today I placed an order for breakfast. I was asked what my order was twice, and they still got it wrong. Instead of giving me my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal and sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal…I was given 6 hash browns. I can’t even reach them on the phone to make it right because they answered the phone and hung up on me.

Terrible . Quality control has gone downhill quickly . beware of anything off this menu . Workers do not care. MANAGER Is never on duty . When Told that the food is poor quality the genius manager Efrain offer me 2 meals. I asked him to write it down somewhere so I could remind him of this. I ordered food that day it was breakfast got home and found a GREY EGG. I called him he wanted me to bring it back. THIS PLACE IS GROSS.

Good Lord! Truth be told that was probably one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant! The inside was closed I’m assuming because nobody wants to show up for work because it’s a madhouse! As long as we were waiting in line you would figure that the food would be fresh however that is not the case, I think they drop it in bulk and then it must just sit there because the fries were old and nasty and the two 10 piece Nuggets were old and nasty! It was incredibly disappointing! But I guess that’s why they’re hiring for $16 an hour

I do not recommend this place, this people are really unfriendly, super bad doing their job, I was on break time, I approached to the people who takes orders I was like for more then five minutes, and I ask two People if they can take my order, and they ignore me, so after more minutes another guy came I said if no body would take my order and he answers what you want, after that I ask for the managers name, he replied that he was manger too, his name is Daniel, he was so on bad mood too. So please I hope they change their attitude attending their customers, I will never go back to that place ever.

Ordered a Bigmac and some nuggets and after I got through DT I had one patty on my bigmac and 2 less nuggets. So the protein demon stole my patty and nuggs? This isn’t the first time they got my order wrong but this was just the icing on the cake. You may or may not get your coffee the way you ordered it. Sometimes after you’ve been waiting 10 mins in drive thru and you go in to see what the hold up is and they tell you to go make your coffee at home.
