**Edit: After reaching out to the corporate office, the store finally gave me a refund that was less than the pizza and closer to what I paid in tips then the pizza. This manager is something else, almost comically bad. Good luck everyone else. Hope your pizza comes out better then ours so you don’t have to deal with the manager.
Wow, what a disappointment.. I started going to Abbott because the Eagle River location manager was horrible, and I just found out they are the same manager at the Abbott location now.
On 8/9/24, I ordered a thin crust pizza, and after it was baked, it wouldn’t come off the baking sheet, dinner ruined that night. I called the manager and explained and she said I could get one pizza item next time I came in. Well I call in today, Monday to order a pan pizza, explain what happened, all is well. About 10 min before the pizza should be ready for pick up, they call and say I cant get a pan pizza when I initially ordered the thin crust. Well I didnt want to order the thin again, so I asked if I could pay the difference, they say thats ok. I come in to pick up and it’s “you cant pay the difference, only full price” and ” you can’t have a refund because the manager isn’t in”. Awesome… why is it wherever this manager is, the service is awful?

Ask to be served a pick a pizza 30minutes prior to closing. They said they had put things away and would not service us. went to Fred Meyer and purchased frozen pizza for less than half the price, would not choose to go to Papa Murphy again recommend Fred Meyer frozen pizza. Papa Murphy open Sign still on after we had purchased frozen pizza from Fred Meyer.

The gourmet vegetarian was amazing, all the ingrediants were fresh and tasty, the cowboy was good as well, staff was friendly and fast, had my call in order done on time, store was clean, never have had a reason to complain about Papa Murphys, great pizza and people, defenitley reccomend.

First time ever getting pizzas from Papa Murphy’s. I was IMPRESSED. We got a stuffed crust vegetarian (wow), a regular pepperoni / sausauge (ok – just don’t cook the crust too long as it was thinner), and, the stuffed chicago pizza – OH MY! I was super impressed with the stuffed chicago style pizza – it was amazing. The dough / crust – wow. Make sure not to cook it too long as I had the stuffed crust on the bottom of the oven, rotating it multiple times to keep it eavn, and, just as the crust was browning on the upper, it was maybe almost getting too done on the bottom. Almost – it turned out GREAT. So, I’d do it again having the pizza higher in the oven (and I’d do 1 pizza at a time). Overall – so much better than Costco pizza or our local pizzaria (not to be named – yet it’s very famous!). Can’t recommend enough – and – get the stuffed crust pizza – so worth it.

Even though they had a lot of orders, we were helped right away and our pizza was made very quickly. The employee was very helpful in explaining how to bake it once we got it home. They had a $10 special for a family-sized pizza with pepperoni and sausage, which was really a great value. It was a nice crispy thin crust, with plenty of meat sauce and cheese. Loved it!

I like take and bake for hot pizza at home. But if I am going to the store to pick up an uncooked pizza that someone only assembled, I think it is pretty pretentious to then have an automatic 15% tip unless I change it. Tipping culture has gotten out of control. I don’t think a store that doesn’t have seating where you are served should be asking for tips. Especially if I have to use my own oven to cook the food!
