Ordered #2 double no bun as a lettuce wrap.
Receive a burger in a plastic case with very few pieces of shredded lettuce, not a lettuce wrap. Took a picture of what I received.
Spoke with the manager and explained I ordered a lettuce #2.
She stated Wendy’s doesn’t do that. I explained they certainly do.
I order this all the time and travel around the US and every Wendys I have visited does lettuce wraps.
I then asked what do you use in your salad, diced lettuce?
Also there are no condiments on the burger.
She said well we dont do that here, Wendys quit doing that.
I took my food and left.
Was provided no napkins, knife or fork.
I was driving so eating was a chore.
Burger was very bland, not a Wendys burger at all and the fries with no salt as ordered tasted freezer burnt.

The nacho cheeseburger is fantastic. Just the right amount of crunch and heat. Yes it is a must I get one again.
The customer service was good as well. The restaurant was ok, but could have used a good wipe down, but in their defense, I did come right after lunch rush. I would recommend this Wendy’s, and I will be back. Thank you for a great experience trying something new.

Just came in for an iced coffee. After waiting 7 to 8 minutes the coffee served was not blended. All the coffee was on the bottom and the cream or milk was floating on top. To make it even worse the cashier had an attitude. The experience helps me understand why Wendy’s is closing stores.

Smelled like Marijuana everywhere. The service was horrible to say the least. Every employee that I had to deal with absolutely sucked with customer service. They had a friend show up and was talking to her the entire time while I was standing at the register for at least 5 minutes. She asked her
if she was there for her daily free food and kept talking to her. I waited for 20 minutes to get my food. Another customer who was behind me was treated the same way. Honey, the manager needs to do something with all of her employees. I will never step back into this establishment ever again. Wendy’s DM needs to fire everyone and start over fresh.

The remodeling looks great. I order the Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad & my husband got the sandwich. They forgot the sandwich, no big deal, so he went to get it & they treated him like he was trying to get extra food. That’s really the only problem we had. The food was good & service was good until that. Restaurant is clean & in order.

Wowww, second time I’ve came here. First was about a week ago and i had to wait 20 mins for cold food. This morning i waited 15 minutes not to mention there was only 2 people in front of me, to get a honey butter biscuit, and had what i couldn’t even call a drop. I don’t even understand i mean it really must take some real talent to put that little of an amount. And some real stupidity putting 5 pounds of caramel in a small drink.Safe to say this location has no idea what ratio is… They also thought giving me my drink first with half of the drink on the outside of the cup was a good idea. Also watched them look at each other taking the same biscuit in and out of the bag about 8-10 times in the matter of 30-45 seconds. Just pure stupidity they’re lucky they didn’t end up with a coffee and biscuit across the face.

Best service ever!!! 10 s. We are truck drivers and we have traveled ALL U.S. This young lady was verbalizing each order and motivating her team. Cashier got our order correct the first time. Nothing was missing in our trays, the order was correct too. The line was really busy before we ordered and also after. When the line was down the employees were walking around asking the customers if everything was alright and if they needed anything else. Another lady was cleaning the tables and keeping all areas clean and organized. For this Wendy’s being inside a Pilot, I loved it! Hope they keep it up. Kudos to the whole team.

The cashier lady was very rude!! my husband asked for his chicken sandwich plain and when he brought it back to the front she told my husband that he was wrong and never asked for it plain when he said “yes I did” she replied and said “no you didn’t” and threw it across the back into the trash then told the man to make him a new one! A simple “I’m sorry I must not have heard you” would of been fine… but no you say my husband lied! Every time we have been to this facility there’s always someone rude as hell taking our order or people messing around in the back and just not caring about customers…
Rude as can be! She was rude to other customers before me as well rolling her eye at her before taking our order… when it came to ours she rudely asked “what Chew want”… very poor service in my book. Only way we will come back is if they hire new staff…
This is a restaurant off the freeway you would think they would want to show everyone who comes in respect! But I guess not! Worst place ever!!! That’s to the cashier with the red hair tonight!!!

Horrible experience they’re supposed to be opened and they are currently closed 1-27-26 looks like they’re just hanging out inside and don’t want to take customers. It seems like they close whenever they want and do whatever they want. I will never return back to this location.
