I made a special request for my egg to have the yolk fully cooked, but it wasn’t done as I asked. In the end, we paid that amount including a 20% tip. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought the minimum tip per restaurant was around 10%. Here, the minimum they recommend is 18%, then 20%, and then 25%.
I came here because I wanted a good Angus Burger, but this place has such a big variety of food items such as ‘Pizza, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast, and dinner plates’.
I tried their ‘Crust Burger’ which is served with fries. The burger was delicious! The bun was perfectly toasted on the outside yet soft inside. Their fries are so yummy, seasoned just right. For dessert, I had their ‘Carrot Cake’ which went perfectly with my meal. That was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had.
The restaurant is clean with a good atmosphere. Full bar with happy hour from 2 pm to 6 pm. I ordered To-Go and waited about 20 minutes for my meal.
Service was great. Shout out to ‘Brenda’ who was very welcoming and friendly. She offered me iced water as I waited for my food.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and will definitely return to try their breakfast as it looks appetizing.
I called back to say “hey you could have ask me if I would like to order.” And she started literally screaming over the phone.
You guys definitely don’t need someone like this on your team. Wow.
While waiting, I saw no tables eating and everyone had dour expressions on their faces. It should have been a sign. After about 30 minutes a three top finally received their food and they looked relieved.
A couple walked in and didn’t get served drinks for about 15 minutes. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. It took 35 minutes to get a drink refill. During that time there was no communication or an apology for the length of wait.
When we finally got our food, the pancakes were so gummy. The Eggs Benedict was so overcooked that the yolks were hardboiled. The English muffins underneath were not toasted. The bacon was undercooked. The scrambled eggs were cold.
I don’t know if this place just opened but there is a ton to fix. Maybe the staff is new but the service was extremely weak. It was done with a smile otherwise we would have paid for our waters and left.
I’m a very forgiving diner but this place was just a poor experience overall. Between the service, the food and the wait. Probably our worst dining experience in two years.
Great Food, Friendly People — Hidden Gem!
I’m in town on business and stumbled upon CRUST KITCHEN—so glad I did. I ordered the chicken pesto pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust had the perfect crunch, the pesto was fresh and flavorful, and the toppings were generous and balanced. You could tell it was made with quality ingredients and attention to detail.
The service was solid. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a welcoming, laid-back vibe. I had a brief chat with the owner, who was incredibly nice and shared that this is a family-owned spot. You can really feel the pride and effort they put into everything. It’s clear they’re trying hard to do their best, and it shows.
Honestly, it should have been busier—a place with food and service this good deserves more foot traffic. If you’re local, check it out and bring a friend. Supporting small businesses like this one matters. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to come back since I’m only here for work, but I’ll definitely be recommending it to others.
The pizza was decent for a thin crust, but it was a bit too oily for my taste. The tater tots, however, were perfect, especially with the cilantro ranch dipping sauce. We’ll definitely check this place out again next year and try other items on the menu.
