Stood in line at the front waiting to be seated while all staff ignored the host stand despite there only being 2 small parties in line including us. Once we were finally seated the waitress did not greet us or take our order for 15 minutes despite all nearby tables already having their food and not requiring assistance. We should have taken this indication to leave and were contemplating eating elsewhere when we finally were greeted. We decided to go ahead and order. Unfortunately the food was as dismal as the service and we received dry wings lacking sauce. Our waitress was nowhere to be seen for us to request additional sauce or refills of our drinks and we continued waiting for her to renter the dining room or check on us. Ultimately both the front of house and back of house staff dropped the ball and have discouraged us from coming back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I came for lunch and my first impression was a good one. The place has a nice, fun atmosphere going. The music was good. I liked the decorations and food. I had a good time.
I am a new resident of this city and so I was sent a coupon to try the place out. I treated my son who was equally happy with the place. We started with the waitress’s recommendations of the buffalo chicken tater tots. The waitress did mention it was a little spicy. It was for me. I did like them. The tots tasted great. The sauce was good. My son loved it. I got the chicken fingers, white meat. They tasted good and had a good crunch. We liked the food.
I am glad we tried the place out. We both liked our experience here and look forward to coming back .

Darryl was our server , he was awesome, the food was great. I had the cheese steak, it was different then the ones I usually get else where. The fried cheese curds were great. Price was not bad either.

I want to shotout they’re team member aaliyah and the manager on duty . Miranda and Brice was amazing customer service. They had a wing special that was too good to pass up. The food was fast and the restaurant was clean. I love the sport memorabilia and large flat screen tvs with sports. Great place for a date with that special someone. Brice was full of energy and provides eye contact and great recommendations of what flavour to get. Miranda was also very friendly and kind to me. Love it and I will be back.

We have ordered take out thru DD three times in the last month from the Deerfield location. Every time something is missing. We received a credit from BDubs the second time so gave them a third chance, but three strikes and you’re out. The last time I called the restaurant directly and was told my wings came out late but I could come back and get them. Seriously?? Then I was told that the woman I was speaking to checked my order herself and everything was in the bag. So which was it? The bag was sealed when delivered and there was no room for in that bag for the missing wings or fries, but she then insisted the side of fries was in the bag.
I asked to speak to a manager, but was told he was busy helping in the kitchen and wasn’t available, but would call me back. Still waiting on that call that will never come….

Pick up orders are never ready when the app says they are. I’ve had different managers, telling me different things about how things work basically whatever fits each situation. But most recently I went to go pick up a buy one get one 10 piece wing. It took 45 minutes for them to be ready and then when they were served to me, they were dried out and gross- When I showed the manager, he offered me a $25 gift card, which is cool, but I just waited an hour to literally not get food
