Was really looking forward to my honey butter chicken sandwiches this morning and when I get to work and open my sandwiches, whoever was working in the kitchen had put mayonnaise on my sandwiches instead of honey butter. If I could give no star I would. This location always slow and I’m always nice, respectful and patient even if it’s someone with an attitude. This time I ordered 4 sweet tea and food but was given 4 unsweetened tea. I drove back up there to get sweet tea changed out for sweet, I got home to see it was unsweetened again and something added inside on of my drinks. I was nice about telling them about my drinks was wrong. I have kids and to think if I didn’t check the drinks. I choose to do a review instead of going back up there just to keep my peace. I always check my drinks to see if it’s anything in my cup it’s a habit for me and I don’t know why I do that and never ever had a problem with something being in my drink but now I know and understand why it’s a habit for me to check my drinks and smell my food. I’m not going to say what I think this is but if someone doing something to drinks or food someone need to check camera or ask workers or something.

I assume this restaurant is hanging on by a thread as the dining area is never open. I’ve ordered here twice and been told they are out of stock of chili or baked potatoes. My general impression is management is slack and does not give a damn.

Melissa the manager makes this whole place miserable not only are they very rude to customers they are rude to their employees also. I have never met somebody so rude as this manager Melissa. I bought a couple of Boo books for the treat or treaters and when I took my four grandchildren and I gave them each a coupon to get a small miniature free Frosty as per the coupon and the manager Melissa said only one coupon could be used. This is not what the Boo books say. I left with four crying children because they will not honor their coupons I drove up the street by the hospital where that Wendy’s honored the coupons. This manager needs to be fired. I will be calling corporate Monday. Don’t bother wasting your time if you have a coupon they will not honor it if Melissa Wendy’s big dog manager is working. I have never had a problem at a different Wendy’s and I never had a problem at this Wendy’s until I dealt with this lady 2 days in a row. I would give zero Stars if I could, this Wendy’s is horrible

BEWARE FOR YOUR KIDS FROM THIS LOCATION!! SERIOUS INJURY MAY OCCUR! Got a serious burn from this location. Chicken sandwich sprayed hot grease on my face. The scar has still not gone away after weeks. Reached out to Wendy’s and they never answered so I’m letting others know to be careful.

Went to this location during supper time to eat inside yesterday evening. Looking at the rating, 94.0…I was a little concerned. During the order, the service was excellent. However, after the order, I took a look around the place, and it was filthy. From the picture below, this was left from a great time ago. The tables were dirty, had napkins all around the floor, and you can noticed that the place was not very clean. Personally, I really hope that they will get people that knows how to deeply clean.
