Two big issues: Per management (on shift managers 2/11 7PM), no water cups at this location. Completely legal to do, but in a state infamous for heatstroke it’s a brainless business decision. Cups cost pennies, human life is precious, yet a few cents it more valuable than the person asking for water. I found this out during a paid transaction where I requested a water cup, then another person in the restaurant pointed out they were told the same thing. With all this said I would be less motivated to say anything if the food quality also hadn’t gone significantly downhill; You’re getting half of the food than what you got a year ago and they have no issue preparing stale ingredients for you, this is nothing like how this location was. In short; drive another couple miles to another location, this one has issues

Didn’t give any hot sauce and dude on the intercom and at the window had an attitude. Why even have the option for hot sauce online if the worker is just going to ignore it? Bro made me park so he could walk it to me too. Probably to keep his numbers good even though there wasn’t a single car behind me.

This was the most depressing Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Growing up, the most nostalgic menu item for me was the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco. I lived YEARS without this sacred taco and NEVER thought I’d see it return. Then I saw it return. I was so excited as I have been trying not to eat as much Taco Bell but this item is so good that I had to cave. BUT I was greeted by the rudest employees ever. The poor girl at the window had to remind them to do their job??? What!? and THEN the worst part, I return home excited to open my COOL RANCH DORITOS LOCOS TACOS BOX just to find out THEY FORGOT MY COOL RANCH DORITOS LOCOS TACO. Disappointment is a complete understatement. I have YEARNED and LONGED for this very taco, just for it to be ripped from my hands once more. Very VERY VERY disappointed. If you want to get ripped off, go to this Taco Bell. ALSO I paid extra for jalapeños on my crunch wrap and they gave me A SINGULAR JALAPENO. No hate toward the girl at the window though, she really was trying her absolute hardest to basically do every other staff members job. It is seriously unprofessional to get to window and just hear extremely loud banter and no progress on your meal for 10 minutes straight.

We’ve been to other Taco Bell’s (and they’re fine) and this one is my favorite. Great food, service, and clean dining area on a very rainy day. Also appreciate that you provide our beverage cups during the order prep so we can sip while we wait. Thank you!

Sept 2021 update: Haven’t seen the nice drive thru guy, kinda seems like it’s all new staff. Tried the new chicken tacowich, it’s pretty good but is not reminiscent of Mexican food & tasted like BBQ to me. Still yum, nonetheless. Service was decent but the lady wasn’t as nice as previous staff. Also,, requested a handful of mild sauce & got none. Glad I have a stash!! PREV REVIEW 2019: Drive thru guy is so on point & really nice, he as a customer service rep gets 5 stars… I dont care to go in usually ’cause it smells funny inside, like a super dirty grease trap & theres often transients hanging out which just makes it uncomfortable. As for the food, I mean, its Taco Bell so its usually an Im starving situation & since I dont eat meat, its an easy solution. It could definitely be better quality of course. This particular location does well in getting orders correct which is nice.
The stuff in kids meals has been kinda cute lately…
